Good Points: NADA! Not even one good point!
Bad Points: Everything about it. Does not suck; hard to, maintain, expensive.
General comments: For a machine that is billed so highly as the Morphy Richards IQ I was utterly disappointed by the performance of the Murphy Richards allergy Free.
When I called the Murphy Richards helpline one of their agents did a good job of insulting me and letting me know how its my fault I did not know how to clean the filter!
As you can see from this website I am not the only one with this problem!

I bought this Morphy Richards IQ Allergy Bagless Cyclonic cleaner in January, thinking it was time I bought a bagless cleaner that was good for pet hairs as I have an indoor black cat and he can get a bit hairy at times! It is a really bad vacuum it does not pick up any hair I have to go brush hair up with a brush and then it won't even pick up! It has cut out before, and spits what it sucks up out the tool section! It has broke the belt twice since i bought it in January!- Read samibobi1's review (133 words)

Not worth the money has let me down by just cutting out when I hoover right through the house when it cools down then will re start so not very helpful. Filters clog up very quickly and I have no pets, it hates picking up human hair and a rubber glove does it quicker than the hoover very heavy cleaner to cart around.- Read ruth ellington's review (104 words)

Absolute rubbish! I bought one of these because it was supposed to be good for pet hair, never lost suction and was almost silent. I now have to clean my living room rug (the only piece of carpet my dog has access to) with an upholstery brush. It takes forever to clean the rest of the house as it looses suction within about 5 mins, and the noise is deafening. Not recommended!- Read ooglyboo's review (73 words)

I have never seen such a bad vacuum cleaner, and it's not of the cheapest either! The head broke after the first use, and the wire system broke after using it 3 times. The bagless system is very dirty and very unpractical: not recommended to people with allergies! Although the Morphy Richards IQ Allergy Bagless Cyclonic 2000W Cylinder vacuum cleaner makes a lot of noise, it doesn't suck anything in. It is totally useless and very heavy to carry.
I have just bought this vacuum cleaner, but I ...- Read vielys's review (105 words)

As a design the Morphy Richards IQ is none threatening.
As a vacuum clearner it was useless.
A vacuum should suck and this did but only in a modern slang sense. Totally hopeless. Although only used for light cleaning ours has burnt out the motor. We could have a free replacement but we're not going to.- Read JennyD's review (63 words)

I was initially thrilled with the Morphy Richards IQ Allergy Bag-less Cyclonic 2000W Cylinder vacuum cleaner. I thought the suction was excellent, and the mechanism for emptying it was easy to use. However, the head broke after using it a couple of times.- Read tonksl's review (51 words)

I bought the Morphy Richards IQ Allergy Bagless Cyclonic 2000W Cylinder at the Ideal Home Exhibition at the end of last month (March), particularly because it promised to help with allergys. We have two cats and a house full of builders, so this promised to be the answer to our prayers in terms of cat hair and brick dust.
However, the biggest nightmare is that it has ABSOLUTELY NO suction power, despite the fact that it is on the "maximum" setting on the slider (what is the point of this fea ...- Read genericjanedoe's review (335 words)
