OK we have only owned the Ford Explorer Sport 2014 for 2 months, but I am actually in love with this car. It has everything I need and much much more, I will write out the boring bit for you first: 3.5L Ecoboost Twin Turbo V6 290 Horsepower Automatic or Paddle shifter Manual It ranges 16 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway. features MyFord Touch, dual-zone automatic climate control, Ford's MyKey system and a rearview camera. Lots of collision warning stuff. you can google all the other bits you need, but the experience from a first hand driver is that of pure comfort. We took this car up to Canada with the dogs over the xmas period (12 hour journey) and wow, I would do it again in a heart beat, coped well with snowy and icy conditions, but more importantly, it was just comfortable!! you could set the adaptive cruise control to follow the guy in front and just relax, listen to the Sirius radio and occasionally stop for red lights :) If you are looking for a car that feels small inside (so easy to park at the mall!) and is comfortable, and is good for pets then this is the car for you! I am not a tall person, but I don't feel dwarfed by this car, unlike the Chevy Tahoe we rented (that was too big for me personally) I may re-review this car when bits start to break (I have been warned!) but for now I would totally give it 5 stars and encourage people to purchase it!
