I didnt like Lipovarin. I had allsorts of weird sid effects and none of the positive reactions, i had to give up taking them cause they were making me feel awful. I read the reviews on this site and they seem quite positive so i ordered, im sure its just my individual reaction and alot of people find these useful,, unfortunately they just weren't for me.

“I cannot rave enough about my *periodic* use of...”

written by denderaUK on 16/12/2006

I cannot rave enough about my *periodic* use of Lipovarin. I have used this four times and lost weight each time (I had 90lbs to lose when I started dieting/exercise in 2005, and have lost 50 so far). But I noticed that I needed (or felt I needed) to take a break of a couple of months in between uses, as the effects dwindled over time -- maybe my body gets used to it or soemthing.

I use Lipovarin for a few weeks at a time to knock me off the plateaus I have reached during my long-term dieting and exercise plans.

My appetite is 100% under control when I take it, (and I am a ravenous kind of person who can eat an entire cake and then ask what's for dinner). In my experience, the Lipovarin will only work if you are dieting *and* exercising. I tried using it once when an ankle injury kept me from exercising -- it didn't do anything then. I see it as a boost to make exercise more efficient at fat-burning and to keep appetite from getting out of control -- not a wonder pill. I use half the dose some days, and only take the second afternoon dose when I feel that my hunger will not be under control.

Quite simply, it makes my workouts and dieting more efficient and helps get me past my plateaus. I can see faster result when taking it than when not.

“I had 20 pounds to lose and ordered Lipovarin. I...”

written by cabrown on 06/03/2006

I had 20 pounds to lose and ordered Lipovarin. I actually ordered the 3 week weight loss system which included Lipovarin, Thyrotril, and Aquadrene. After over 2 weeks I had actually gained a couple pounds. I wasn't devestated over this I know there is no miracle pill for weight loss. What I was very dissappointed in was one reason I decided to try this product is their 100% 30 day money back guarantee. I called about a week before my 30 days was up and got a return authorization number. I mailed back all the bottles and when I saw the refund on my credit card it was only 75% of my purchase price. I called the company's customer service and they referred me to a very remote section of their site in shipping that state a 25% charge on all opened returned products. When I referred customer service to my order page where it states 100% 30 day money back guarantee, she said; yes we offer 100% guarantee you'll be happy but only return 75% of your money. This company (Sterling Grant Labs aka Liposlimsystems) not only has inferior products; they make their money by deceiving their customers. Just keep in mind after paying for shipping the product both ways and paying 25% of your puchase price this company's 100% 30 day money back guarantee can end up costing you a lot of money! Don't fall for it!

“I was going to take Lipovarin, because I'm losing...”

★★★★★

written by sharonj731 on 30/01/2006

I was going to take Lipovarin, because I'm losing weight at a good pace and when I was on my treadmill a couple of days ago, I saw the commercial about Lipovarin. I also read a review about it on a ranking chart and it was the top for fat burning. I figured that as I lose more weight the process would slow down, so I wanted to head off that possibility.

The reviews I've read here have really just encouraged me to keep doing what I'm doing. I've lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks on the Atkins diet, and taking Bee Pollen, Dandelion, Celery Seed tea and Flax Oil. I also walk at a speed of 3.2 mph on my treadmill with a 4.2 incline on the treadmill. It's toning me and taking the weight off, and I spend about $60 or less a month on my herbal supplements per month.

I guess I got nervous at wanting this pace to keep going, by adding something else. But after reading the reviews here, I'll leave well enough alone. Oh yes, I also drink the equivalent of about 12 glasses of water a day, because with the exercise, you need more than the standard eight glasses or you can retain water.

A good gauge of whether you're getting enough water is whether your urine is near-clear!

I have 40 pounds to lose, and started 24 days ago. As I said, I have lost 15 pounds so far, and will lose 25 more hopefully in the next 5 - 6 weeks. Good luck to all!

I have been taking Lipovarin for a week now and I have not lost any weight, not even a pound. It is quite upsetting knowing how expensive this product is. I will surely finish the whole bottle but it's shameful of the false adverts about this product

written by sephora123 on 01/10/2005

I have been taking the Lipovarin product for 8 weeks now and I cannot say enough good things about it. My daughter came down from Macon, Georgia and she brought me a bottle because I like the sweets. We all have our bad habits well I take it everyday and I lost over 24 lbs. I feel full. Plus my appeitite is completely under control. I just love the Lipovarin product. Also, Kaitly my daughter has lost over 40 ibs. on the product. Now please it may not work like that for everyone because you got to watch what you eat and don't eat. Just like ANY diet pill. No miracles are out there. I just reordered another bottle and I will continue to take it!

written by masterdieter on 10/09/2005

I've tried so many diet products, I've lost count. Lipovarin really is a decent product but it's main focus is fat burning. I moved on because of this and was looking for a product that had Lipovarin's fat burning ingredients along with appetite suppressing ones. Finally, I came across one, it's call Remedilean.

written by Joanntotwins on 26/04/2005

Well it looks like your doing everything right. I have to admit I am not. I don't exercise at all. But I use as my excuse that I have 2 year old twin boys and they take up most of my energy. Which they really do and at this point in my life I don't know when I would find the time to work out.

I am on day 16 and I have gained two lbs. But I am still going to stick it out until I finish all three products. I figured I paid for it I might as well finish it. I just hate the way I look lately and my clothes don't fit me the way the used to.

Oh well, good luck to you too.

Joann

To the mother with twin boys, I also have twin boys, but mine are six. I also have a 10yr old and a 2yr old,and if I can find the time so can you! It's not about the time or the pills its about how bad you really want to lose the pounds!

“OK, be specific... ”

★★★★☆

written by Paolina on 11/04/2005

OK, be specific...
I started 10 days ago on Sterling Grant labs Lipovarin and haven't lost one pound, but let me explain something. I am not the overweight kind. For some of you I might sound abnoxous but I'm sure there is people like me out there.

I've always weighed 118-125 lbs. After I got married last year, I went though big stress and depression due to family-past issues and became realy sedentary (But I never really exercised before regularly either). Results: I weigh 135 lbs now.
That means I gained 15 lbs in a little over a year.
So I want to loose it. But I understand that it takes time for the body to adjust to all the change. That makes sense, doesn't it???

I also think that for people like me, it is not so obvious and easy to loose those first few pounds. It's not like we have EXTRA! It's more like the body absorbs it or something. It just doesn't come off so easily.

Now I started exercising about 2 weeks ago. Cardio, some Aerobics and little weights. Along with a light'n'healthy diet during the week and not so light on weekends. OK It's NOT EASY!!! but I'm trying believe me.

My husband doesn't know about the Lipovarin, he would worry too much. His sister has been bulimic and anorexic so he's very sentitive to all this.

I also would like to mention that I take 4 pills a day instead of the 6 they reccomend.

IF there is ANYONE that would like to do this together or HAS DONE IT before feel free to contact me.

If you are in a similar situation leave a comment on this review!

I would love to hear from ya!

GOOD LUCK TO ALL with your HEALTHIER YOU!!!

Joanntotwins's Response to Paolina's Review

Written on: 20/04/2005

That is so funny, I just sent an email to the site that I order Lipovarin from and told them that this is day 10 for me and I have not lost one pound yet. My situation is almost exactly like yours. I am used to weighing about 125 and for the past year I have been 136. I just want to lose about 10 to 15 lbs and I thought these pills may help. So far nothing. But I am going to stick it out and wait the three weeks since the product I order is called the Rapid three week weight loss systems which includes Lipovarin, Thyrotril and Aquadrene.

Kristen0930's Response to Paolina's Review

Written on: 15/11/2006

This is just a comment as I see this thread is still active - Lipovarin is rubbish - I had about 30 pounds I would have been content to lose, and the only thing Lipovarin lightened was my wallet. Maybe the system thing with the 3 bottles of different pills is different, but Lipovarin on its own DOES NOT WORK and is not worth the money.

Unfortunately the only pills that produce sure-fire results are those with ephedra, but you get the shakes and the risks that go with that.

I know how frustrating this battle can be, so good luck to all, whichever method you decide to use. (By the way, I got a gym membership over the summer, used the stepper for 15 minutes and lifted weights 3 times a week, and I definitely noticed some results after about 2 months - exercise is the best bet for us all - but it's nice to have a little help :)

OK - So some bad news about the Lipovarin. I'm really sorry for not adding this review sooner for the new consumers who may be interested in Lipovarin.

In the long run, your body will develop a tolerance. It is a complete waste, all the weight you lose is really food hiding in your stomach.

BUT recently I have made a new discovery and it is definitely an option I suggest for everyone. I take a green tea tablet with my vitamins now twice a day. It has had a large impact on me. My skin is clearer, my brain is clearer, my bowls are clearer, and it's not that I'm hyper and want to run it off - I actually just feel the need to go out and play.

So - don't waste your money on Lipovarin, as the green tea tablets are incredibly cheaper, and you don't have to take nearly as many.

Do your research on green tea if you don't believe me. It is an amazing leaf!

Loved your comment. You told my story. Except I am 115lbs at 5 ft and really want to get back to about 102lbs, which for my frame is not crazy. I too have started working out, and in the last couple of days have actually gained 2lbs, which I heard is pretty normal. I am thinking maybe I should step it up with the Lipovarin though. I just don't want to continue the trend of gaining 2 to 3lbs a year. Think where I'll be in 10 years! I think I will give this thing a try!

Well its been awhile since ive commented about my lipovarin venture.
Im sure youre all begging to know whether i lost weight or not.. or how much weight ive lost.
Its not important.

I know im a helluva lot skinner now than i was a month ago. And i know my appetite is much more controlled now.

A mistake i made for awhile was not drinking water. I couldnt figure out why i wasnt losing weight as much as i was the first week. When it says 8 cups of water, it really means 8 cups of water.

I used the rapid weight loss system, by the way. It contains Lipovarin, Aquadrene, and Thyrotol(il?). Yea, i guess i'd recomend it. Im happy, i wish i had another 135$ to use the system again and knock some more weigh off, but i can't be a complainer.

Now, im at a weight where if im really determined, im not going to depend on a product. Im eating better, i walk more, and i have more energy.

Best advice, eat healthy, lots of water.

Oh yea, and make sure youre near a toilet. Youre going to need it. Lol.

Christina...please let me know how you are doing. I am 5'7" and 275 pounds. If I start using this it will be quite expensive. I do not want to waste my money if it does not work. To the women who have 15 vanity pounds to lose, Christina is right...fatburners do not work if you have no fat and believe me, 15 pounds is nothing when you are looking at losing 120 pounds.

I am now on day two.. Wow.
Have any of you seen that movie Requiem for a Dream? Definitely feel like the old lady on uppers, and I'm taking the regular dose.

I drank all the water I had to, and I'm sorry you have to read this part, its disgusting, you poo your heart out.. in a wet manner..

I feel like im sweating all the time..
And actually.. this dress is a little too big for me now.. and its out of the wash, which is interesting.. my belly stopped pokin out as much too. Which is nice. Still have a nice thick coat of cellulite on me waiting to go.

Besides feeling like I'm on illegal substances, wanting to go go go, but theres no where to go.. and the soiling myself constantly..
You know.. I think this is going well..
OH THE MOST IMPORTANT PART.

I'm not hungry :)

Hi, my names Christina and im actually waiting for that three week silly fat burning system to come to my door.. carried by that cute UPS guy.. with the tight shorts..

ANYWAY-

I, am 5'5", and i now weight 158 lbs. Im kind of terribly angry at myself, because id weighed 130 for quite awhile and was unsatisfied, said i'd diet, didnt, and here I am now.

Ill keep you guys up to date, but maybe Lipovarin is just for FAT people. Not SKINNY people. You have to have fat to burn fat. Lipovarin as I saw carries other products that you can use when you already are lean.

Its some gel you rub onto your skin that burns the fat through the skin, I dont know.

Too all the heavily - overweight people who werent successfull, sorry :(

To all the skinny people who are trying to use diet pills to lose petty weight. get lost.

As for everyone else who is curious about how much this fatty can lose over a month period, ill keep you posted :)

Paolina,
Like you, I am also not considered overweight. I am 6'0, 150lbs, and exercise pretty much daily. I like to think that I eat well, although I do tend to cheat more on the weekends. I'm not looking to drop a lot of weight, maybe just 5-10 pesky pounds, especially around my hips and upper thighs. I'm thinking of trying Lipovarin to give me a little boost maybe. Let me know how it continues to work for you, and good luck!

Hi there. Well, I stopped Lipovarin a while ago. I took it for 2 months straight and did not loose one pound. So I figure I would stop.

I started a strict diet based on fruits and raw vegetables like greens, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.
I started working out alot more, cardio and classes with free weights and after about 2 months a this change of diet and exercise I can finaly see some weight loss along with muscle gain and better shape overall.

I can tell you that it takes time and guts to keep up with it. The secret is to eat as often as you can and as healty as you can every single time.
You can only have complex carbohydrates, and only good fat, not saturated or trans fat. Those will kill you. Stay away from High fructose corn syrup, it is liquid obesity.

Reading menshealth articles online helped me a ton. They use a language that anyone can read, they are great and give you realistic ideas. Check them out.
Good luck.

I just bought Lipovarin and am awaiting the arrival. Unlike yourself I have a bit more to loose although I do understand your sentiments of being not happy with your current weight. We as women like to 'feel' good about how we look, and how we wear our clothing. All this being said I am very eager to start this product I am now 38 and it is harder to loose weight I guess I just did not appreciate my twenties. I am already working out at the gym and at home with many bike rides. I wish you all the best in your weight loss and to a happier you in your clothes.....I will keep you up to date on myself hope you do the same.

I actually stopped taking Lipovarin a week ago. I did not see ANY weight loss. This doesn't mean the product doesn't work. You know, people are different. It did not work for me at all though. I am still exercising a lot, and eating extremely well, so I expect to loose some weight or at least get fit in the long run.
Let me know how it goes for you though. I am really courious to know if Lipovarin works for people like us, with little extra pounds.

Hmm...I wonder if its worked at all for you by now? I'm going to order some, but there's so many negative reviews alongside all the positive ones...but I guess that'd probably be true for any diet pill.

I'm going on vacation in a couple of months and really want to lose the 15 pounds I've gained over the last year. I really hope Lipovarin helps, along with exercising for half an hour, 3 times a week. I took Hydroxycut once, but didn't really stick to it, and I saw no results, however my friend lost like 30 pounds and has kept it off.

Hi there, well I already finished my 1st bottle of Lipovarin and today I am starting the second one. But I have not lost any weight. Believe it or not. I have been going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week, 2hs/time, doing cardio and free weights. I sweat a lot and get tired but don't loose weight. It's been 3 1/2 weeks already.

So you may wonder why I want to start the 2nd bottle. Well, I want to do this for another 3 weeks and then see. I think the exercise is making me more toned and I have gained lots of resistance.

I still have hope that the Lipovarin will help a little. There is one thing that I see is working and is the fact of processing the foods better and therefore going to the bathroom a lot more often!!! SO that alone I think is good.

Well, as I said, this is the end of week 3 for me. Let me know how it goes for you and GOOD LUCK! Thank you for writing.
