    Good Points: None.


    Bad Points: Their site is not even active anymore.


    General comments: I ordered a game from Go Games a fortnight ago and after a week I had not received the game so I tried to visit their site to check the status of the order and guess what I saw.....nothing....their site is not there, dead.

    I then tried e-mailing them and my e-mail bounced back straight away so I checked their domain name status and it's still registered until next year so it seems their hosting is the problem. i.e. not paying their bills so all I can think of is that they're having financial problems. (I did check with their host but received no reply.)

    Luckily they haven't taken the money out of my account else I'd have gotten my bank to deal with this. I've now ordered the game from another site.

    In short, you can't order from their site anyway but if you could, don't.

    I ordered a game from GoGames on 24th September 2005 and despite an automated email confirming the order nothing arrived. Over a week later I emailed them to ask where it was. I received no response so another week later I tried to call them. The website states that their customer service line is only open between 12 and 4pm. I called at 1 o'clock in the afternoon to hear a recording telling me to call back between 12-4pm!!! I've now ordered the game from Cd-Wow instead.

    I have tried other online games sites before but what I like about GoGames (www.gogames.co.uk) is their commitment to customer service.
    I ordered a game and the wrong one was sent out by mistake. I rang the company and explained the problem and they apologised and sent the right game out the same day 1st class which arrived the next day, brilliant!! I have ordered loads of games from this company and this was the first time I had not got the right item.
