“ransomware ads are particularly cute”

I like to play risk against computers....but this site is the absolute pits. the worst offense is that it has had ransomware in its regular ad rotation for at the very least years, but consistently just delete forum posts that point this out. beyond that, the programming is terrible and clunky, with simple programs taking up more and more processor time, until it freezes itself. this site sucks (I have only done the free version.... cant even IMAGINE how angry I would be if I paid for this malarkey)

“don't waste your time”

Played Monopoly classic on Pogo, then searched for another site. Found gameslot.net, so much better. No freezing due to sidebar ads, no breaks in gameplay for ad space. No need to "upgrade" to get rid of ads. And it's the same exact game. Never dealing with Pogo again.

“Intentionally ignore customers with real problems”

I have been a subscriber for years...mostly for when my mom and my sister visit. But I have paid my subscription and continue to get commercials. I can sign on, get all my "points", but am shown as not a subscriber. I have chatted online (for 45 minutes without any help at all...just a canned response from Pakistan or something). Not a phone call. Not an email address. NOTHING. No help at all. What a waste of my time and money.

“all commercials all the time”

After playing for over a year, with no problems on XP, Windows 7 or 10, I cannot get any game to load-plenty of commercials, 15 was the last count before I got disgusted and went elsewhere. A friend is a member, and after renewing their membership, they are having problems. No commercials, but nothing loads. I believe everyone should demand their money back if they are members, and everyone should stop visiting the site. If no one watches the commercials, revenue will drop and hopefully someone will wake up and fix the problems

“RISK is Totally Unfair!!”

RISK sucks. You only get 3 soldiers the start of every turn. How are you supposed to do anything with 3 soldiers?! It is barely enough to attack another country, and definitely not enough to defend your own territories even if you decide not to attack. The dice rolls are completely out of reality. There is no way 9 cannot defeat 2!! That is like me and a buddy walking down a street at night, getting jumped by 9 thugs, and kicking all their asses! NO WAY!!! have played much better versions :(

This site is a waste of money. They have way too many problems and they never fix anything. When you want to reach someone regarding a problem you can't. But in the past I've chatted with a couple reps who were both from India or some other Indian country. They were very hard to understand and never helped with the problems. Don't waste your time or money with these people!

“Not worth the money”

Have seen harassment done with impunity. Abuse on daily basis. Site picks and chooses whomever they want to punish with suspension. I firmly believe the so called moderators have friends that can do what they want without fear of retribution. Have been assaulted via chat and is anything ever been done? Nope person never missed a day. No one is ever in club rooms so save ur money and the club only games are not worth the money. Find another site as pogo is not worth your time and MONEY

“No direct help with a real person”

After many many years with pogo club I am feeling I am wasting my money. Always to many glitches. For instance cant get into rated games with spades. I would like a telephone number to call for help. I was happy in the beginning not now, not at all. Better get a new management ora lot of people will be leaving. The games however are terrific but always a glitch playing

“No support for anything ”

I was a member for years then they changed it all. Half of my games wouldn't load. Get support? Report abuse?? Now that's funny games get frozen by hackers and cheats with programs. Just a waste of money. Lots of drama in rooms. Almost would say it is a site where full grown adults act worse then 2 year olds. Save your money!! Would be one thing if you were actually getting what you pay for. Also if you want to advance in some of the games you will have to buy gems. As for prizes I was a member for many years and never won anything but a few gems ONE time!!

“Pogo management”

Is always thinking hard on how to make the customer experience worse unless you pay for membership and then when they have your money there no playes in rooms like bridge so you have to play in the free rooms which require Commercial break timers that are too long. I dont know why I paid them to play here. Go to GSN its a lot more fun.

“Horribly maintained CPU hog”

I was shocked to see such an unorganized and malicious site. I have no idea why anyone would ever advertise or even use this site. Both users and business owners must be infuriated at their tactics and their manipulative manner in which you are treated. Users are abused/overwhelmed with ads that bog their processors to a crawl, and “POGO” has the nerve to suggest paying for a “No Ad” experience. Why would anyone pay knowing the service is slow, freezes-up and will continue to bog their systems. Tested it for 4 days, and had a 100% cpu usage at all-times (playing or just watching), and an 83.71 fail rate. BOOOO

“POGO IS GEM STEALER”

I was playing a game in pogo when there was a malfunction with it and lost over 800 gems..Calling customer service was no help and they said they would not give them back...Sick of companies taking our money with no care in the world even if it is their mistake..CRAM IT POGO!!!!!!!!! “Pogo Sucks”

I am paying for a subscription to a site that doesn't "produce." Games have issues; e.g., have to change zoom level to play card games, half the time the site is down or the games don't work (have to open in new window). Tonight, the site is completely having issues. I wish they would just go away; the site is useless. Can't access customer service easily and if you can, the issue always seems to be with your computer. B.S. - I never have problems with any other site. I'm done with these idiots; hope they go out of business.

This is a question you will have to ask a Pogo billing representative. You might want to check the bank or credit card account you used to pay your membership. Find the transaction number and have it ready to give the billing rep. Pogo is very good about resolving account issues.
