Good Points: Erm it's nice and silver
Bad Points: Nearly everything else
General comments: This machine I think is quite heavy and the speakers are poor and quiet.
But aside from that I've had mine just over 2 years and in that time the power pack has failed, the hard drive has failed and now it keeps overheating and switching itself off and of course now that it's not under warranty, Fujitsu want to charge me £100 just to pick the thing up. Call me old fashioned but I think when you fork out £800 quid for a laptop it should last you more than two years. I would NEVER buy anything off this company again or recommend them to anyone

Only disappointment so far in the Fujitsu Siemens Amilo A7640 is the cooling fan broke down. Also I have heard it is best NOT to hot plug the Firewire port which is sensitive to spiking / static (connect when both devices are powered off, then start up).CPU is quick at video.

Fujitsu Siemens Amilo A7640 - Not a bad laptop for the money paid. It struggles a bit when playing the latest games. Not too impressed with the speakers. I'm still waiting for the 64bit software to be released from Microsoft. It'll be interesting to see the results.
