Good Points: The computer is cheap and easy to use if you are familiar with a Microsoft system.
Bad Points: Every person I know who owns a Dell computer, including this model, find it unusable at the 2 year mark. It has very little memory space, it runs extremely slow, and you will undoubtedly have to reinstall windows multiple times, losing all of your work in the process, with this computer.
General comments: This computer, along with most other Dell models, is more hassle than it's worth. I would pay more to get something that lasts. I had to reinstall windows during my last week of finals during my college career, losing all of my research, papers, bibliographies etc. I was devastated. Dell's customer services is not at all invested in your computer. They are useless at best. None of their so called solutions worked for my computer. Today, after reinstalling windows multiple times, it sits useless in my room. I can't even turn it on. Dell says my warranty ended 2 months ago and I will have to pay hundreds to replace the hard drive. Long story short, I'm saving up for a MAC.

This has been possible because of the ease of use of the Dell laptop and it never matters if I press the wrong key--well its never crashed yet. I will certainly be purchasing another Dell laptop when the time co ...
