    Good Points: Having used the product before I can vouch for the results


    Bad Points: The worst customer service I have yet encountered after 5 years of regular web shopping.


    General comments: My order has still not arrived from Brilliant despite paying and waiting for nearly 3 weeks of waiting. The company has no telephone customer service and, despite trying to e-mail them 3 times, I have not received any response. When I tried the telephone line, the girl on the other end said she only dealt with orders and did not even have a number for someone who could help me.

    Much bigger Brilliant Smiles Teeth Whitening System gel tubes needed or sell them separately. You have to keep buying the complete set of products when you run out of the gel to put in the reservoir as it runs out far quicker than the other 2 parts.

    I looked at a few different sites that sell similar teeth whitening products, Brilliant Smiles had the clearest and most professional site which gave me a level of trust that the other sites didn't provide. I called up their number and ordered over the phone. The teeth whitening kit turned up within days. I found it very easy to use and my teeth are about 6 shades whiter. I've since used them again to order replacement Carbamide Peroxide syringes and I've had a very positive experience with this ...
