Good Points: large 15,4 inch wide screen @ 1280*800. Fast processor Pentium 4@3.06 GHZ. 512MB of memory expandable to 1024MB. ATI Mobility Radeon 9200 64MB memory. Good overall system performance. The system recovery process of sony is very well thought of, and works like a dream.
Bad Points: Battery drains within 2 hours, mostly because this laptop packs a full featured P4 processor instead of the less power consuming pentium mobile processors. The laptop is kind of heavy so not an ideal travel partner. No PS2 connectors or docking station connector.
General comments: This laptop should not be called a laptop, as it is more of a portable workstation.
The laptop has a nice design, and very good overall performance.
If you need portable super power this laptop is your gigg, if you are looking for something to work with on the road, its better to buy a more expensive smaller VAIO laptop or choose another brand.
