Good Points: Easy to set up and works well
Bad Points: Intitally good responses from SUPPORT but mid 2007 NO responses to questions or problems In 2008, they informed me I exceeded their limit and would have to buy the professional version "e-mail for information"Nowhere can I find any reference to this limitation on their siteNo information came through and upgrading via their web site can not be found. Some thing has.
General comments: Spam Jab works well if if you only have a small problem but, of late do not expect any support or replies to e-mail It WAS good but something has deteriorated since about mid 2007 in my opinion.

The finest anti-spam software I've ever seen or used. One small problem caused by my ISP but SpamJab cleared the problem immediately.

I have contacted the Spamjab helpline so many times with problems and I have wasted so much valuable time on this software that I would have rather spent the time deleting the spam.
As far as the Helpline goes it has been as good as useless, with me it's as if they contact you when they feel like it but don't count on them.
I have contacted them so many times listing all of the problems I was having, then after many days have passed I get the reply "all is OK here, we need more info on your ...

I needed a stringent spam filter as my e-mail address attracted hundreds of junk messages a week for a while. Spamjab works very well, and it only takes a quick glance at the website once a week to free any legitimate messages from the system. I'd like to see a few extra facilities such as vacation message but overall I'm very happy - especially as it's free for personal users!

I have been using the Spam Jab service for about 3 months - I used to dread opening my mail box because I was always inundated with junk but now thanks to Spamjab , I don't have the problem any more. It is very easy to use after it has been set up and I have also found the people who work on the software to be helpful and friendly, I have never been kept hanging on the line. Keep up the good work.

Spam Jab is a little slow at the beginning while you are setting up UNWANTED MAIL but once that is done - it is simple.

I have used the service for over 12 months and found it great, it 'learns' your good contacts over time and lets through all good emails and stops the spam. When there is something they are not sure about they email me so I can check and release it if I want.
Just changed my ISP and got Spamjab to change the email that they pick up from, the help line was great, rang me back to check and tell me that it had been done. Couldn't ask for more even if you paid for the service.

All this service seems to do is to block all emails from reaching your inbox until you've added the sender to a white-list. The remaining emails get deleted after a week or after you review them in the spam folder. Forget to review them and they're gone - good and bad.
OK, so the service is free but if you have to login to spamjab to review your emails then what's the point? Two other criticisms - the first is that the service is slow - takes over half an hour or longer to deliver mail - at ...

It has blocked every email, good and bad. When I tried to log into my account to view emails, it says I do not have an account. I emailed the Spam Jab helpline, to no avail. Got rid of Spam Jab, but emails are still not arriving. Do I get any help? No, nothing at all.
I wish I had never heard of Spam Jab.

Easy to use, efficient.
I receive an awful lot of spam which would clog up my inbox if I didn't download them all every single day.
It would render my email address unusable if I were offline for a couple of days.
Spamjab does the dirty work for, leaving only the legitimate emails to download.
Nearly no spam goes through, and just a handful of false positive over the last few years.
Please ignore my previous comment about it going burst.
It was simply a temporary problem. Everything is back to n ...

I have been using Spamjab for over 12 months now and I have noticed a large amount of time when their server is unreachable. Spam Jab is generally good but it blocks good massages which I find annoying as you have to log in and check through daily. I am now using In Boxer

I've been looking for an email service for my son and I recently tried SpamJab (www.spamjob.com). It is really no better than Hotmail.com. All they do is apply an extreme spam filter and anything that is not obviously spam goes into a spam folder. Then you have to read through all the spam and approve the false positives as Not Spam. Hotmail.com does that!
On a bright note, SpamJab did a good job of keeping out Spam. However, the false positive rate is very high. Everything in the spam folder h ...

I'm really impressed with Spam Jab (www.spamjab.com). I'm able to click on 'Send & Receive' and not have to wonder what might appear in the preview pane. It's such a relief to simply be getting my email minus all the rubbish. It has saved me many wasted hours of sorting through useless and disgusting junk mail.
This is how they say it works
"Spamjab works by collecting users email on their behalf and filtering out all the spam. Users are then able to download their good email from Spamja ...
