Good Points: It lasted a whole year.
Bad Points: At the end of its warranty the motherboard died and Acer have been extremely unhelpful with trying to get it sorted. Apparently it would be cheaper for me to buy a whole new laptop than to repair my current one.
General comments: Stay away from this brand unless you only want a laptop for 12 months or less!
Acer = $2000 doorstop.

This Acer Aspire laptop is great it runs games better than half pc's and for a laptop with only a 64mb graphics card and 512mb ram this is excellent. Go out and buy this laptop for a cheap games machine. I think this laptop is pure power its 3.0 ghz pentium 4 chip says it all.
I bought mine for £700 im sure you can buy it cheaper than this by now it's well worth it.

Great quality/workmanship together with a fast processor and a dedicated 64mb graphics card from ATI make this notebook look great!
More than enough space with the 60 gigabyte harddrive,four usb ports to connect all your peripherals and the option to upgrade the memory or hard-drive make this notebook well worth the investment. Recommended!
