    Good Points: None - What use are low premiums and good customer service if they try and get out of paying every single claim !


    Bad Points: They don't pay !


    General comments: There are 154 reviews on this site that say E & L Home Insurance haven't paid out for claims. Well I am person no 155 who hasn't been paid out for his claim (and has been angry enough to write about it).

    From the moment I claimed I got the impression that they were doing everyting in their power to avoid paying, and after a month of having my claim they found some smallprint to justify refusing my claim !

    For the second year running, E & L have provided the best quotation by far for my touring caravan insurance. Not just beating other quotes, but beating them considerably. Customer service is excellent, always been able to get hold of the right people at the right time. I haven't had to make a claim to date, so I cannot comment on that area, but overall, I am very happy with the service E & L provide.
