    Good Points: None for me.


    Bad Points: Dated. Experienced bad service and a bad attitude from staff.


    General comments: This is not a 4 star hotel at all. The rooms look old and need to be renovated, especially the bathroom. The shower didn't work properly, the equipment was just too old! The lamp in our bathroom fell down and there was a mess on the floor and in the basin. The towels and shampoo were forgotten to be put in our room. I didn't find the staff helpful at all. You can never reach them by phone so we had to go downstairs to attract some attention, but they didn't care and even argued with us. With such a bad service and a bad attitude I would never recommend this hotel nor to a friend neither to an enemy.

    I stayed at Starhotel Michelangelo in St Peters on a short 3 day break with Carefree Italy. I am so converted to their way of thinking! A short break every month not only gives you something to look forward to but doesn't cost the earth if you book early enough. Hotel is everything Rome should have been, clean, welcoming, bright, airy, great location, great food, comfortable beds and friendly. Wish Rome had been the same.
