Keep away from these bunch. We have build in furniture from Sharps and Neville Johnson. Whilst we were initially happy with what they produced, as soon as we had an issue the problem started. Send an engineer over to assess what can be done. He was encouraging and spoke about how they surely had a better solution. All okay to the point of sale; however since then our experience has been less than satisfactory, to say the least. The communication from post-sales has been sporadic and far from cohesive, and is certainly not in keeping with the brand and price tag. We have had to chase him every inch of the way in order to secure a visit from their surveyor. The designer listened carefully to our needs, helped us chose from samples, and then designed a bespoke solution before drawing up detail plans and a 3-D coloured artists impression of the finished look for us to approve. We found some ideas from their beautiful brochure but it was the superb skill of the salesman who finally brought those vague ideas to life in the detailed drawings that he made. “Poor selling, poor fitting, poor after sales”

We purchased a fitted bedroom from Neville Johnson for £29,000. The furniture was 4 months late being installed from the date given by the sales person. The fitters 'finished' the bedroom a day early on the fitting because they didn't want to work on a Saturday. We had a fitted bed installed at a cost of £3,000. I am amazed by the number of positive reviews here. From the moment we started the process with NJ, it's been nothing but hassle. They took an AGE (6 weeks) to even get back to us to arrange the first visit by their consultant. By this stage, we were ready to move onto another option - and wish we had. The consultant came up with a good solution and, based on this, we decided to make an order (£4,000 in value). We were then left hanging for a month with no further communication, at which... As a follow-up to my comment above, I have to give Neville Johnson credit - they followed up, came up with a new design and, although the installation was delayed by a week, the product they delivered is superb. The installation crew was excellent too - very polite, considerate and efficient and got everything done in the few hours (and cleaned up afterwards).
All in all, after a very iffy start, they came good in the end and the furniture really looks great.

My new office in Northampton is just what I ordered and the fitting took place in a very orderly manner with no mess that wasn't cleared up. There were a few minor points, and after speaking to the representative of Neville Johnson, some of these were resolved without delay. We have had a similar experience, and we still have an ongoing battle with them as the furniture is not fit for purpose!
and most of all, we are disappointed in the fact that the wood they have used is not solid wood at all, but it is indeed wood chip or otherwise known as chip board!
Very disappointed in the whole matter!
