    We are extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of the product we have received from Neville Johnson. From the first enquiry through to the fitting of the library shelving was of the highest standard. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail from the designer, surveyor and fitter and the end product is just what we wanted and is built to last. Thanks very much.     I was very pleased with the level of service, from the initial meeting with the designer through to the final fitting of the furniture. At every stage, attention to detail and concern for customer's needs were shown. The furniture designer and maker's expertise was required in the loft conversion bedroom and it was certainly revealed in the finished wardrobes and bookshelves which have been admired by all who have seen them.     Our Neville Johnson September 2009 fitted bedroom (large installation over £16K after NJ national discounts)would, from the other reviews here, appear to be an anomaly! --- Perhaps just an unfortuate set of circumstances that have produced a 'blip' in an otherwise excellent Neville Johnson Brand reputation ---.
    Dozens of faults, ranging from:- in Design, the selection of raw materials, manufacturing issues / final inspection lacking, shipping damage and installation issues.

    We really can not fault the service that we have had from Neville Johnson right from the start - even though initially we were difficult to get hold of!! Furniture is extremely well fitted and of a very high quality; with lots more storage space without actually using any more room. An excellent service and one we would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends. Thank you

    Neville Jonhnson did a great job on my home office, from start to finish they was very attentitive, nothing seemed too much trouble through out the whole project. The Design /surveying team put much more time into the early process than i imaganed, concidering i own my own architects company was very happy with them. The admin and payements where conducted professionally and the final fit out was vry slick and team worked hard.
    Will be using the again soon.

    We were very impressed after placing our living room unit enquiry with Neville Johnson.
    From the sales lady to the finished article the service was impeccable.
    All aspects of the fitting were covered including some we hadnt thought about - the dimensions to suit our living room, the best shade of material and choice of accessories to match.     I initally brought NJ in to give me some design ideas wth a veiw to employing local joiners. The contemporary design in similar materials cost far more locally (Ripon N.Yorks) than my NJ quote. The joiners were superb considerate and a delight to have in the house. My finished desk/tv unit ia admired and envied by friends. I would definately consider using NJ again for my bedroom.

    Having a home study installed by Neville Johnson was plain sailing from start to finish. The initial sales consultation and drawings were professional and efficient. The company kept us informed of timescales and the installation was carried out by experts in their trade. The quality of the furniture is very good and the end result looks excellent.

    With a large collection of CDs, LPs, books and office files and a lack of storage in our new house, we looked carefully at standalone, bespoke and system furniture. After an initial enquiry, Neville Johnson's designer came and spent a morning looking at our requirements which were for shelving for a library, home office shelving and a hall cupboard.     From the very begining dealing with a company like Neville Johnson has been an absolute pleasure and completely stress free. The designer arrived at our home and was able to give advice and assistance the result of which was a study that took care of our every need. Once the finer details were finalised we were then visited by a surveyor who confirmed every measurement and finish. About 4 weeks later the study arrived along with the fitters bang on time.     From start to finish everyone we dealt with at Neville Johnson was efficient and professional. The designer listened to our needs and provided exactly what we were looking for. The surveyor was friendly and checked every detail. The fitters were polite, tidy and quick workers. They didn't even stop for lunch and took great care not to make a mess.     Superb organisation. Everything planned in advance No surprises. Quality of craftwork excellent. Neville Johnson gave very helpful advice in the planning stage. Ensures you get what you want. Definite enhancement to my home.

    We had a loft extension done which we wished to make into a home cinema. As it was a loft extension, it was an awkward shape with slopes and nooks and crannies. We had several quotes but the only company which offered to make customised furniture was Neville Johnson. The designer spent a long time making sure it was exactly what we wanted.     Had bedroom fitted out by Neville Johnson as a" library" as we own so many books.
    Great design
    Great product. Finish is lovely
    Designer, surveyor, fitters all very professional
    Bed is brilliant but quite expensive
    It looks fantastic. We have a retractable bed which is hidden completely behind bookshelves and that is amazing. Only problem was the fitting date was delayed but that was because of the company providing the bed and we were kept well up to date with developments while we were waiting. ...

    The furniture supplied and fitted by this company is of the highest quality. This was the second occasion we have used Neville Johnson as we were so impressed with the first job we had done. The fitters arrived on time on the day arranged, and the work was carried out as planned by the designer that had called on us earlyer.

    Neville Johnson had good early communication, prompt response to telephone enquiry & booking arrrangements for survey.

    Surveyor very knowledgable, good understanding of the project & offered a range of useful ideas.

    Excellent service, design and quality of product, attention to details with Neville Johnson. The designer put lots of effort and time into finding the right design for us. The surveyor was very professional, and the installation was speedy, and well planned. The new home office turned out even better than we expected! It was definitely worth it.
