Good Points: From the initial visit of the Designer right through to the after sale checks the Company provided a highly professional service.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: The design process from Neville Johnson was practical and tailored to our requirements. The Surveyor ironed out particular issues relating to the area to be fitted (i.e. moving a radiator and resiteing switches). The Fitters were careful as well as efficient. When we discovered a minor fault in a veneer it was inspected and without any hassle, so far as we were concerned,arrangements were made to replace the whole of the worktop (a substantial piece of timber!). The contact after the installation was completed to check that we were satisfied with the product was reassuring.

My long suffering wife always considered my DIY Contiboard shelving units in our lounge as beyond the pale, totally unacceptable eyesores! Relief was nigh now that she had discovered Neville Johnson!

Neville Johnson is a very professional outfit. They do things on time, they fit high quality furniture and they even clean up after themselves every day. The small touches are great such as grain patterns that follow on down a set of drawers, self closing doors, shaping to fit around skirting boards and being very precise with their fitting. It could not have been better.

From first to last our experience with Neville Johnson has been very good and we would recommend them to anyone. We were so pleased with this experience that we are now having some wardrobes and another office built in a new conversion. They are not the cheapest but we knew that when we contacted them but everything was value for money and the finish and product was first class.

We asked Neville Johnson (N-J) to design and build some furniture to house our plasma TV, sound system and an ethanol fire.
We were promptly visited by a 'Senior Designer' (according to the business card); who was very good in this first instance. At this point we discussed the fire we wished to be incorporated, as we had not yet received it from Australia.
The senior designer assured us that N-J had worked with these fires before.

The quality of the workmanship and finish are absolutely superb. My new study is a joy to work in as all my storage and accessibility needs are met perfectly. And it looks gorgeous!

This was a good experience from end to end. Sales activity after our contact was timely and dignified; a reasonable timescale for the rest of the process was set and adhered to. We are delighted with our home office, which released a bedroom used previously for this purpose. We would recommend Neville Johnson.

The presentation, documentation and general design service was excellent; it was only when it came to fitting that things became disappointing. The surveyor was of the opinion that our project would require a 2 day installation. However, the head office at Neville Johnson decided otherwise, and we had two very capable chaps working flat out with no lunch break for 12 hours. Neville Johnson offer good quality furniture, and mine was beautifully installed by a very competent and helpful fitter. There were two changes to the installation date; the first at my request, and the second at the request of Neville Johnson; both new dates were agreed amicably by both parties.
About a week after the installation some shelf edging on one particular piece of furniture started to detach from the carcase. This was disappointing, but the remedial action was completed rapidly and ...

Lots of choice of finishes. Would use them again should the occasion arise. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone in the company. I requested two extra shelves some two months later, and they have been put in hand, and will be delivered shortly, at no extra charge.
Neville Johnson is an excellent company, with a work-force that seems to enjoy working for them.

We were very happy with the finished product, we had a loft room that we wanted to convert into a bedroom, it was a big empty space that needed filling! Using furniture that we had already the Neville Johnson designer came up with a solution to our problem.
We are delighted with the way it looks - much better than we had ever anticipated.
Everyone at Neville Johnson were very helpful and the service they provided was second to none. Thanks

I am very pleased with the Neville Johnson and the workman who came to do the work was excellent. He was very professional and he did such a good job - a real craftsman. I need to use this study room such a lot and it was an absolute nightmare before. It is now a pleasure to work in this room, everything is so tidy and the whole design is so well thought out. Neville Johnson designed a study and fitted wardrobes for us. The designer knew his subject and pointed out snags we had not thought about. The surveyor measured up with unbelievable precision and the fitting of two rooms took just under three days and the end result was really high quality. This is my second study from Neville Johnson, an extremely practical layout as a working office and making best use of space whilst the appearance is excellent. There are many design features that I would never have thought of. Their quality is fantastic, the design superb and after-sales service second-to-none.

I would always recommend Neville Johnson, and I would always call in Neville Johnson for their fitted furniture. Pure Class!
Even if you want several quotes for work of this kind, I would always get one from Neville Johnson.
