Good camera, excellent video recording, ok music player, great radio! Big and heavy, sometimes freezes... Great phone for everyday use and can perform a range of tasks.

Very reliable phone. It does everything you need and never died on me. Great music player, not bad camera and easy to use. What more could I ask for?
A few years ago it was an amazing phone and for me it still is. It does everything you need it too but nothing extra. Basically exactly what I expected., good phone and well recommend the Sony Ericsson K750i.

This phone cost me £120, at the time I could of had any phone, but why did i choose this? Well I am certainly glad I did, this phone had been out a year and a half when I got it and it was still upto date at the time, the camera was by far the best camera on a phone as the k800i had not been released then and I grabbed myself a bargain, the best phone i have ever had. Better than my new phone.

Very pleased with the Sony Ericsson K750i phone overall, but the joystick gives up the ghost as the phone ages!

The Sony Ericsson K750i is a very good phone, had no trouble with it until the very end but perhaps i was just unfortunate! m8s have got the phone as well and is working fine! good value for money!!

I would buy the Sony Ericsson K750i phone again it is a very good all rounder. Clear screen and lettering, sound good but could be better although the camera excellent.

Hi there! I have owned my Sony Ericsson K750i for just over a year, and I love it, my previous phone was a Motorola V220, but that decided to take a swim in a river, so it died...
So I got this stunning piece of kit, £99 from Argos on the O2 network.
It's comfortable to hold, the buttons are comfortable to type on for long periods of time (I play a lot of phone games and I have used the keypad for up to 2hours at a time, and my hands were barely tired!)
So in conclusion, (Sorry for the short report!)
This phone is now out of date as the K770i is just out, so you might be able to pick this phone up right cheap!
All I can say is: Get it and get it quickly! =]
Cheers for your time!

A must get, there are of course better phones out now, but this has dropped in price a lot for people looking for a nice phone that doesn't cost much. I found no problems besides the joystick. 9/10.

Well ive had this phone now for around about 6 months, and am very pleased with it.
Paid £119 from Argos, with it came a sim card with £10 preloaded call time, the ear phones, and installation disc and charger.
Now for the features, and theres lots of them
Has an amazing display quality, 262k colour screen.
Features a 2 megapixel camera with a 4x digital zoom and auto focus, with either photo shots or video capture, you can adjust the quality of the video or the photo, the pixel rate is 160x120, the next one up is standard VGA 640x480 and the largest of them is 1632x1224, theres a macro shot feature for close up shots, night mode for well night shots! a flash on it aswell, a self timer, and it has the adjustable effects like sepia, black and white, negaitve shots. you can also change the style of the shots aswell, with panorama style shots, frames and burst shots aswell. the video size is either 128x96 pixels or 176x144.
Now with all those features on the camera, your going to need somewhere to store it, with the phone you have either the 34mb on board memory card, or you have a memory card slot known as a pro duo slot, you get a 64mb sized memory card included, but you can upgrade it to what ever size available, I upgraded mine to a 1GB as i managed to fill up the 64mb after 20 or 30 shots, costs as little as £20 for a 1GB one but you can get them cheaper off ebay.
Comes with an MP3/MP4/3GP video/music player. Now whilst listening to the music, you can change the equalizer, ie whether you want to have treble or more bass, there are preset frequenices, like bass, treble, voice etc but there is one preset, unique to Sony Ericsson is Mega bass where its all just pure bass.
You get RDS radio aswell, with frequency updater, so when youre moving it will update the frequency automatically so you dont have to tune it in yourself, and holds a couple of preset radio stations aswell.
It also features a loud speaker.
As for entertainment goes, you can play java based games, you get about 4 included with the phone. You have access to the internet on it as well, not very fast but its better than nothing. You get music dj where you can make your own ringtones which is good fun, you get Photo dj where you get to Muck around with photos you have taken, and also a Video dj where you can get clips which you have taken with your video recorder, and attach sounds to them. you have a USB connection allowing you to transfer files from your PC to your phone.
Comes with Bluetooth connection too, allowing you to share videos, ringtones, pictures etc, along with infrared to connect with older phones.
You can also do picture messaging aswell, along with SMS and voice messaging etc.
The screen is also very durable and doesnt scratch that much either
Now for the little niggles
My phones has developed a problem with connection for the ear phones and charger and is very fussy for when it wants to charge.
My ear phones were very funny, the left earphone lost all bass completely, but i got a replacement walkman set of a K800i for £10 and they are much better. My joystick button has worn out completely only after a couple of months use, and now ive put a 1GB memory card in, it seems to go a lot slower. And you cant change your phone cover, so your stuck with a scratched and chipped one for good!
TIP:-
As i did and got a new earphone set from a k800i, you can interchange your earphones or anything with a 3.5mm earphone jack, what ive managed to do is get a 2 way RCA lead to a 3.5mm earphone, and hooked it up to my hi fi, so i can listen to my MP3s via that lead!
All in all for what I paid for this phone, I've virtually got a digital camera and an Ipod nano in one! its a brilliant phone!
Hope my review was of some use

I have the exact same problems with mine. Phone doesn't always recognise the charger when connected and the joystick works occasionally. The one thing that really annoys me though, is the fact you cannot save text messages on the memory card. I have 47 messages in my inbox and 17 in my 'saved messages' folder. Now when I get a text, I get a message saying 'messages 100% full, delete now?' I know it's not the end of the world but I send and receive lots of messages and there are many that I would like to keep. I have investigated but cannot find a way of moving them from the sim card.

I bought the phone for £150 from phones4u a while back. Loved it. Couldnt wait to get it charged up. I also had a 1B memory card spare from my PSP. Put it in and put music videos etc. onto the phone. Its only been in the last month or two that the phone has started to crash. If I switch it on it just flashes at me and takes about 15 trys to get it on now and then the pin code doesnt come up. I dont know why. I tryed to upgrade the software recently but the phone doesnt seem to connect proporly. I like the look of the phone and orange is OK but I would still reccomend one as its served me well up untill now. I can drop it and it would still work. Also the camera is amazing considering the age of the phone. Yes there are cameras that will beat it now but they all take ages to take the photo and the K750i only costs £90-£100 now and I think that is a bargain for what you are getting.

Features of the Sony Ericsson K750i:
Battery , camera, reliability, build quality, memory. Mine holds 93 incoming SMS and still counting, believe it or not!! First generation software has some bugs every now and then. Hands free is uncomfortable, cannot transfer SMS to PC.
Need to upgrade once you get it, before you use it.

All round the phone is good and I would recommend this phone to anyone!!! Memory card and I have never lost any reception and 02 is a good network! The button in the middle of the phone that you use for navigation sometimes stops working so this could be something they could improve on.

I would definitely recommend a Sony Ericsson K750i to anyone wanting a good quality phone and camera/video and have been nothing but satisfied with it. The camera and video capture are FANTASTIC, and the expandable memory is also very useful. My last phone was also a Sony and since then, I wouldn't have anything else! (Virgin was the cheapest network when I was buying, but I think there was a promotion on at the time, so worth looking around.)

I've tried the Motorola SLVR & PEBL & the Sony Ericsson Z520i in the last 12 months but find myself always going back to my Sony Ericsson K750i. No problems, great phonebook / alarm / organiser / camera/ etc, etc... I could go on for ages. I'm due an upgrade but am going to hang on until Sony bring out something that surpasses this fab little phone. I think only something with SAT NAV capabilities can do the trick.

I would not recommend this yet until this freezing problem is fully resolved, if it is then I would say this the best phone I have ever had especially the sound.

Overall, the Sony Ericsson K750i is a good mobile phone when it decides to work. When I first got it I was so impressed. I had it before many of my friends because I got mine through a Virgin Mobile Contract, but the good feeling doesn't last for long. After a month the camera decided to stop working (kept coming up saying "open lens cover" when the cover was already open) and it keeps dying on me.
I had a T610 before this one and it lasted a lot longer - probably about a year. But when the K750i decides to work it beats other Sony Ericsson's off with a stick - it's that good! Good radio and good MP3 player. Well done Sony Ericsson, but send us camera resetting software please!

I like the Sony Ericsson K750i mobile phone a lot. It looks very nice. The camera is amazing, and is the flash and media player, which has several EQ'z. I would recommend this phone, but Sony Ericsson need to do something about the joystick, as many of the reviews are complaining about the joystick.

The Sony Ericsson K750i is the second Sony Ericsson phone I have owned, and it could be the last.
The phone is very easy to use and has lots of great features. The 2 mega-pixel camera is great and takes crystal clear photos in all light conditions. It also has good memory (both the phone and the removable card). The MP3 player is an excellent feature, and you can even use the MP3 tunes as ringtones. The only bad thing about the phone which I find very annoying is that the joystick has a mind of its own from time to time, and doesn't like to scroll down. A lot of people have moaned to me that the screen on their K750i keeps freezing on them, but this has only happened to me once, and both times I just took the battery off and put it back on again, and it worked fine.
This is an all round great phone and I would recommend it to anyone if it wasn't for the joystick. I was thinking about another Sony Ericsson when I renew my contract, but I'll probably get another brand due to the problems with the joystick.

Overall, the camera on the Sony Ericsson K750i mobile phone gives an outstanding quality, and it will be hard to beat with any other mobile phone.

Just to let you all know - the connection between the charger/earphones and the Sony Ericsson K750i mobile phone itself is getting much worse now :(
