Good Points: Perfect Wedding were excellent in the first 2 weeks of placing my order which was in February, but since then i have heard nothing about my personalised stationary worth over £50.00 which i have paid for?
General comments: I placed my order with Perfect Wedding Store in February and ordered some personal details for my wedding, i received my cameras very quickly, but nothing else arrived, so last week i tried ringing the team but all numbers were out of order when I rang, i have e-mailed them twice now, once last week and once this week to see where the rest of my order is ( which i have paid in full for), and still i have not had a reply, i have also left my work and mobile telephone number with them and the team have rang me on my numbers before. I do get married in 11 weeks and i am concerned no-one has rang me or e-mailed me back with a reply, i am hoping someone from Perfect Wedding will ring me after sending this review to clarify my order with me, but if not, i would not advise any one to order through them, as my order what i am still waiting for is worth more than £50.00.

I have made my order back in 26th November. After one month without hearing anything from them I decided to send an email which took one and half week to be replied, and the answer was that my cake topper was out of stock, what wasn't informed when they took the money on my C/C, and if I could wait one month more. All the staff we spoke to were extremely helpful, and quick to respond to any of the queries that we had.

I found the staff at The Perfect Wedding Store extremely polite and helpful. Everything was done exactly when they said it would be.
The invitations have just arrived and they look absolutely stunning - 10 out of 10 for these guys!

I would not hesitate to recommend the company. The invitations are lovely, and the service was great.
The Perfect Wedding Store offer good price ranges, and they have a great selection of invitations and accessories, which made it very hard to choose the one we wanted. We are delighted with the invitations and place cards we ordered from them.

After just receiving my wedding invitations in perfect condition I am very happy with them. They are exactly what I wanted. I dealt with Nina at Perfect Wedding Store most of the time, who was very helpful and efficient at all times. I also dealt with Matthew who was also very helpful. The quality of the cards are excellent and great value for money and I also received free thank you cards. I have already told my friends about Perfect Wedding Store!

I had a look at many websites before ordering my wedding stationery and I found Perfect Wedding Store very helpful. I dealt with a sales man named Matthew who explained the full ordering process. I ordered my cards online so easy and they were delivered 10 days later and I got free thank you cards that nobody else would offer me. I also got 10% discount cheaper that John Lewis and the free matching thank you cards. Quality price and service fantastic, thanks.

Somewhere in the proofing stage copy got lost in cyberspace! They were both very good at actually picking up the phone and sorting things out. The Order of Service which I was really panicking about having for the day in fact turned up 4 days early, thanks to their persistence. There were times when I was exasperated at having to leave a message but when I needed them they certainly did all and more then I could have asked.

Perfect Wedding Store were just great, they helped me choose a fantastic wedding invitation for my wedding I got 50 free thank you cards, which saved me about £60 and a large saving online and not buying on the high street, the job was done in eight days very quick I thought staff were very helpful and a nice chap from DHL delivered my wedding stationery, well done for making my wedding day so easy.

I ordered a personalised vase from the Perfect Wedding Store and it was far from perfect. I telephoned and emailed on numerous occassions and they informed me to return the vase, although I would have had to pay the return fee, so eventually I have a badly scratched vase and £30 less off - I personally would never deal with this company, they just want to take the money and provide no customer service.

www.perfectweddingstore.co.uk is the worst website I have seen. It is slow the pictures don't come up, no one answers the phone when you leave a message, no one gets back to you. I have left 3 messages and have had no response whatsoever so I have gone elsewhere.
