Bad Points: It's discontinued
General comments: What was Almay doing by discontinuing this product? I think their replacement 'new improved' products are terrible. The new products either have this shiny SPF added or goopy cakey Salicylic Acid added to it. Skin Stays clean was great because it was just a nice good coverage foundation that was not cakey or shiny. I hate new marketing techniques. If I want SPF, I'll add it myself. If I want Salicylic Acid, I'll use it before foundation. Now I'll take the little skin stays clean I have left and get a matching color from Clinique, because they still have a foundation that's not cakey.

Almay Skin Stays Clean Foundation - No other liquid makeup is higher quality than the original Almay Skin Stays Clean.
Skin Stays Clean ONLY is the very best out there, if you can find it anymore.

Please bring this product back!
I have used Almay Skin Stays Clean Foundation exclusively for several years, and I have received many complements as a result. Nothing comes close as a substitute.

I absolutely loved the original formula and it was the only make-up I would buy. It went on smooth and the colour and coverage were great! I am extremely disappointed in the new formula which goes on terrible and now causes breakouts instead of keeping my skin clean. How unfortunate - why change a good thing just because of a packaging change? This make-up went from the "best" to just plain terrible! I hope someone at Almay realizes this and makes a change for the better.

Great colors, great coverage, great consistency, great formula and it looks very natural!
Please bring back Almay Skin Stays Clean Foundation! My sister and I have used it for 5 years+, and we cannot live without it!

I love Almay Skin Stays Clean Foundation. The color match has always been awesome, and the coverage was always smooth and consistent. I am so disappointed that it has been discontinued. I have used Almay Skin Stays Clean for years, and I am so upset that it is gone. The Almay website has a recommended substitute (which I have tried) and their "new" replacement product is AWFUL! I can't believe they have discontinued the Almay Skin Stays Clean Foundation! I have been a loyal user for over 6 years. I always receive compliments on my skin when wearing this makeup. The honey shade and the consistency are perfect. I bought all three new formulas in the hope that one would compare, but none can. I love the Almay products because they don't irritate my skin. Almay, please bring back my wonderful foundation. My face is not the same without it!

I am a mother at age 46. My daughter age 15 and friends always use my makeup. We are all sad to find Almay have changed the formula of Almay Skin Stays Clean Foundation.
It is now too thick, the colors are not the same, and it is not good for summer, oily, regular skin. Not happy. We will all have to change brands. Almays' Skin Stays Clean is the only foundation I have used for over 5 years. I've tried other oil free foundations, but nothing really seems to work in terms of being non-irritating and causing breakouts. With a light lotion, the foundation smooths on easily. The color is perfect (I use tan). It doesn't smell and has not caused my skin to be irritated (itchy, breakouts). It doesn't stop shine and kind of comes off after a couple hours. Almay Skin Stays Clean Foundation is ideal for sensitive skin, it is oil free and does not block your pores. It goes on really easy and looks really natural. My skin feels like it can breathe while covering up blemishes.
