Good Points: Clear and concise answers that really get to the point. Very knowledgeable, multiple languages, very active.
Bad Points: Sometimes the topics can get bit off topic.
General comments: I love this site. Tons of content, great staff, helpful and fast responses. Plus they have cheat sheets, tons of snippets and tutorials, plus awesome people on site.

www.dreamincode.net - I felt as though I couldn't get my question answered unless I showed a whole lot of work. Even when I couldn't get started, they told me to read the rules and show them my source code (Which I had no idea of how to get)It seemed I could not make more that 5 posts without other posters calling me an idiot or making fun of me.When I submitted a tutorial or snippet, it took them a month to do anything with it.I feel as though people who shouldn't get promoted get higher positi ...

I was having problems with some C++ homework and found www.dreamincode.net while searching google. I posted code and question expecting to never get a response. I got an email about 15 minutes later with a link to a reply from Amadeus. He had found the problem in my code and corrected it. I got an A on my assignment!
