I dyed my hair black, than bleached it so I could change it. I ended up with orange hair (which was a surprise cause they said thats how it will turn out) so then I bought Loreal Color Experte, in French Eclair. The brown/base came out nicely but the highlights were a disaster! They turned out goldy, orange. I even left in on for a tad longer so it could go blonde but it was just a brighter orange. Bleh!

Now not able to find Light Ash Blond, LOreal Color Experte in any shops, please can anyone advise if they no longer make this colour.

This product gets easier to use with practice. I only apply highlights to the hair on the top of my head and at the front and sides only (any more and it just looks a mess). In my opinion the colour on the box isn't a true representation of how your hair will look and it is definitely best to do a strand test first. Mine looked fine to start with then after 3 weeks I was left with hair that began to look ginger (biscotti, natural blonde) after several more washes it looks a lot lighter than the picture on the box and is a much nicer colour.

Not impressed with the overall result, maybe I just picked the wrong product for me. Don't think I would recommend it, not happy with the end result.
