    Colored my hair a couple weeks ago with another brand and it looked bad real bad. i wanted to go a little lighter what i wanted in the first place instad of blondish red not sure of the color i did get. my daughter took me shopping and i noticed a color you have that i really liked, but it had only been two weeks and wasnt sure about recoloring but i bought it anyways. i was scared at first to do it so i called your company and they told me it wouldnt be such a good idea to recolor so soon but they were incorrect with my results. your products saved me! ill never use anything else!!! Thanks so much LOreal Color Experte!!

    L'Oreal couleur Experte is about the best I have used in thirty years of colouring my hair - but why oh why are they discontinuing Light Golden Copper when there is not another colour anywhere near it!!!! I can't find anything else with such a natural colour for me.

    have been using this LOreal Color Experte for years and have had few problems. However I now cannot find it anywhere, has it been discontinued? Anyone know?

    I have used #9 Natural Blonde for quite a few years. I colored my hair yesterday with the same box I have been buying and it turned out darker and reddish - not really blond at all. Did they change the color without telling anyone? Or was my box incorrectly filled with the wrong color? I don't have the box, but I know I always double check the color on the box and the color listed on the bottle. Needless to say, I'm not very happy!

    I love the full coverage, especially for my grays. The highlights are easy to apply. I have been asked by many people what salon does my color and can't believe that I do myself. Wish the color wouldn't fade so fast, even with the use of their color conditioner. A bit expensive compared to one colored applications, but really like LOreal Color Experte overall.

    This is the first time I've used an all over color (I used the Praline) and the first time in several years that I've done my own highlights. LOVED the result - the base color was great and the highlights looked completely natural. I'm much happier than I've been with many of the salon jobs I've gotten and for sooooo much less money. I've been getting compliments left and right and will definitely use this product again.

    I wish Loreal Color Experte came on the market earlier. I could of saved hundreds of dollars. Even hair stylists ask me who did it. I am always getting compliments. Thank you.

    If you stay close to your natural color or current color, the product stays true. You must know that certain people that color their hair will turn reddish. If you have ever colored your hair before you will know this. I have used this product for about three years and have used three different shades. I have always received compliments on my color and many of my friends thought I was going to a salon.

    Loreal Color Experte is a really good natural-looking colour for a fraction of what I would have paid in a hairdressers. Easy to use as well - I have been using it for about two years now with no problems.

    I'd recommend it to anyone - however please shops BRING IT BACK! Still, there's always ebay...

    My hair is dark brown, I used 6.1 French Eclair. The base color is great, but as others here are saying, the highlights were a disaster!

    Highlights did not turn out a cool gold/caramel as stated on box - they are ORANGE - as in like a pumpkin. Good thing it is close to Halloween! I hope someone reads this before trying, I found this too late.

    I love LOreal Color Experte!! I use 7.3, and it is terrific. The highlights look natural, and it is easy to use! I get many compliments on my hair color.

    I've recommended this product to my mom and my friends!! I love the color. I love the way it makes my hair feel and look!! Thank you, Loreal!!

    Loreal Color Experte is THE best hair dye that stayed on my hair. Best yet! Color is true and deep. Highlights do not run or spread onto other hair. I came to this after using other L'Oreal hair dyes (and came to L'Oreal after using other products.

    Nothing better yet that I've found. I will continue to use the product.

    The color did not turn out the same on my hair as the color shown on the box. Light Golden Brown?! My base color turned out dark, with very red tones.
    My son said it looked like cherry coke! I did the highlights and that helped lighten the overall look. Hoping that after a few washings it will start to resemble the color in the picture. One more concern....My hair feels sticky, heavy, limp, like I have a lot of product build up. I have washed my hair twice, very thoroughly, and it still feel ...

    I wouldn't buy it again. I was so tired of my brown hair, but I don't think anyone could hate their hair more than I do now. I never thought that I could miss my brown hair so much!

    I dyed my hair black, than bleached it so I could change it. I ended up with orange hair (which was a surprise cause they said thats how it will turn out) so then I bought Loreal Color Experte, in French Eclair. The brown/base came out nicely but the highlights were a disaster! They turned out goldy, orange. I even left in on for a tad longer so it could go blonde but it was just a brighter orange. Bleh!

    I also used this product, I used the ash brown with caramel highlights. My hair is a medium brown the highlights turned orange and the ash brown turned parts of my hair black.

    I have spent equal amounts of money buying products to correct the color that I would have spent if I had just went to the salon.

    I wanted warm highlights and bought the 6.1 French Eclair. My hair IS dark brown. On the box it states "French Eclair is a cooler shade that will help minimize red/orange tones. Personal Highlights will turn from beige to gold." I am so disappointed and I hope this review will help some other poor soul realize that you should go to a salon. Now I have to go to Sally's and try to fix my own mess because I am thoroughly embarrassed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Worked great, easy to use. One colour turned my highlights a copper tone, but leave in a bit longer and went blonde. I liked it, easy to use.
