Good Points: None for me.
Bad Points: Reacts to temperature, if warm in the room it turns very and too soft.. If cold, stone hard.. After short while it does not "memorize" it's original form and instead develops permanent holes in it. Which is no way comfortable or good for my sleep or body.
General comments: We bougth a Springwall Weatherby mattress with a integrated ~4 inch topper of Memory Foam. First 2-3 months we felt it was a super investment as it was so firm but comfortable to sleep in and that we would wake up in the morning and feel rested. But it only lasted for this short period. It developed holes in it after where our bodyweight is greatest, and soon it became a nightmare instead. I will NEVER recommend this type of mattress, any Memory foam/ Tempur mattresses or any like them.

I purchased a mattress from sleepdetox, a memory foam mattress company online. The problem i was having was that my bed was an odd size. I didn't know too much about memory foam, but when I spoke to the staff at sleepdetox they made my mattress for me and got it to me at lightening speed. I must say I love the product, and the guys there are very helpful. I never thought a mattress would change my life, but this one surely has. All in all a good product at the right price. I never make purchases ...

If you are having problems with this company contact Trading Standards then if you paid by credit card ask them to deal with care and comfort ltd, if you prove the mattress is not fit for purpose [we did with the help of Trading Standards] you should get your money back in full.

We bought our new memory foam mattress from the memory foam mattress firm - we were a little unsure as the price seemed so fantastic for what we were getting compared to other websites. When the mattress arrived (very quickly I might add) we were not disappointed, the quality of the memory foam is really very good, so comfortable to sleep on although you do need to perservere as it can take a few days to settle in to your new mattress....very toasty and very comfy, very happy with our purchase

We bought two beds. I have to say that I am happy with my bed as I find the memory foam mattress has done wonders for my bad lower back problem. However I did feel and still do feel we were taken for a ride on the price. They were very expensive and although the bed head and sides were well upholstered the actual construction is not up to much. My biggest gripe is that the mattress is very basic and crudely put together - two layers of foam with no means to hold them together. This makes it ...

I also bought this mattress over two years ago on the basis of the good (but now I believe very suspect) reviews. It has been the worst purchase I have made and I am also considering what on earth to do with the thing. I am currently sleeping on a different bed and am loath to throw away such an expensive purchase but I really can't sleep at all on it.

The Absolute Comfort Memory Foam Mattress is the worst purchase I have ever made. We were unable to use the mattress, and despite the involvement of Trading Standards, the best offer we got was half our money back if we returned the item. The cost of carriage was going to be more than the refund and so we gave up. We have now ordered another mattress, and we are debating whether to take this Memory Foam Mattress to the tip, or split it up for camping mats. To add insult to injury, one of the pie ...

It is interesting to note how each review rating the Absolute Comfort Memory Foam Mattress at 0 - 3 is followed on this site by several reviews rating it at 10. Note that these ratings are not 8 or 9, but 10. The reviews use glowing terms and technical vocabulary straight out of the sales brochure. By placing several such good reviews, the bad reviews are pushed off the first page and not seen by the casual reader, who might not venture past the first few reviews. Who do you trust?

We have recently had to find a replacement mattress for an adjustable bed. We chose an Absolute Comfort Memory Foam Mattress due to the number of positive reviews, and I am glad to say that we were not disappointed.
Our experience dealing with Absolute Comfort Plc and the product has been totally satisfactory. The staff were extremely courteous, and the mattress was delivered on time.
As soon as you use the mattress you can feel the difference. We already did have a memory foam mattress ...

I thought I must write to say how pleased we both are with our Absolute Comfort Ultralux Memory Foam Mattress, and with our dealings with the Absolute Comfort company. The order process and delivery went as promised, and they now have two more happy customers.
We have both enjoyed our first nights sleep, and have had our morning tea in bed again. I personally didn't want to get out of bed. In fact, I could have stayed in bed all day.
If it helps others, my husband is taller and heavier tha ...

I purchased my Absolute Comfort Memory Foam Mattress after being recommended by a friend, and I regretted that I had not done so previously. I would recommend everyone get one of these mattresses from Absolute Comfort, as it is so comfortable. I found them very helpful with all my questions, and my mattress was delivered within a week.

We tried the Tempur mattress and found it to be comfortable, but not worth the price. We then bought a mattress from Absolute Comfort - which we love! It cost a third of the price, and we've never slept better! It is a great mattress, and excellent value for money. We bought it direct on the website, and we had it delivered within a week.

I would recommend everyone get an Absolute Comfort memory foam mattress. Some negative reviews have appeared since I originally read them, but don't let that put you off. If you are serious about a good nights sleep then this is the right mattress at the right price.
I certainly had no trouble with the company, and neither have friends that I have recommended Absolute Comfort to.

Please take a look at the negative customer reviews here and see that they are from genuine, unhappy clients. I was very suspicious of the storyline style reviews I saw here (Nana loves it, my aches and pains have disappeared etc etc), but my wife pressured me into a purchase prior to going on a business trip. 35 days later, no mattress and no answer to my emails and phone calls. My wife eventually got through to them, but they were extremely unfriendly.
The truth is that they deliver very la ...

Please read this before you purchase from Care and Comfort.
After we ordered their absolute comfort king size mattress (now called ultima) we were told that we had to have the 8in mattress as we had a slatted bed, thus making it in our opinion NOT Bespoke( if it was bespoke the right for a refund is taken away )
We were also told that the invoice would be sent via email within 24 hrs after ordering, after 2 days , 3 days then 6 days and numerous phone calls later we were given so many ...

After 2 or 3 years, the foam failed to provide support where the load had been. The warranty is worthless, as it only covers permanent indentation. The foam recovers its shape OK, but it will not support you. It feels like a soggy sponge. The company variously claimed that the base was not suitable, we had bought a type of foam not covered by warranty, and finally settled on their carefully worded warranty regarding permanent sag. Buy an Absolute Comfort memory Foam Mattress only if you can affo ...

We recently had my Nana stay with us and I had to give up my bed meaning my Absolute Comfort Memory Foam Mattress. To my horror, when I returned home from working nights, my mum informed me that I had lost my mattress!
After greeting my Nana, she explained how nice the mattress was and how she had just had the most comfortable nights sleep, then the bad news, my mum told me that she has given my lovely mattress to my Nana, but then the good news, my Nana is going to buy my Husband to be and ...

My wife and I spent Easter at my in-laws this year, and they kindly gave up their bed for us. Well, I have never slept on such a comfortable mattress in my life, and my wife said the same. When we both told them how nice the mattress was, their reply was "well you're not having it. You can buy one of your own" (for a moment, I thought my mother in-law was going to say "you should stay more often").
Joking apart, when we found out the name, we ordered one there and then, to be delivered on the ...

I probably wouldn't recommend one to a friend as they do cost such a lot of money and we are currently looking around to replace our 18 month old matress for a non memory foam kind. Really disappointed as it is really comfy but having such disturbed sleep because of it just isn't worth keeping. A very expensive mistake!!

I was advised to buy a memory foam mattress by my physiotherapist, who supplied me with the name of two companies.
I chose Absolute Comfort Plc, because they are manufacturers who make mattresses to suit the weight of the user, which seems logical to me.
Having now used my mattress for a month, my sciatica has completely vanished.
I have never slept on a more comfortable mattress and would recommend anyone considering purchasing a memory foam mattress, to deal with a manufacturer.
I ...
