Good Points: Quick and easy ordering and delivery.
General comments: Customer services! I ordered a product which went wrong, it was exchanged with no quibbles. However, the second has now gone wrong in exactly the same as the first, and they will not give me a refund. The product is clearly faulty, and to my mind must have a glitch...the company will not refund after 30 days - this is no time to test the reliability of a product. Very poor, will never use this company again!
Don't use this company if you want reliability and good after sales support, or an understanding customer services team!

Kikatek www.kikatek.com - The support staff was very helpful and the hard disk was delivered on time and was very well packaged.

Brought a few components from Kikatek (www.kikatek.com). They had free delivery for orders over £50 and I was well informed throughout the shopping experience. The site looks great and was easy to navigate. Email support and their e-ticket system was excellent for pre-sales support.
I'll definitely be back.
