General comments: You have to try The Organic Farmers Market. The difference in taste between good organic food is amazing compared to the stuff you buy in the supermarkets. It's also a really pleasant trip out, with lots of people who will answer any questions you have.
You feel much better when you eat better, so treat yourself. Give it a go for a week and tell me it's not worth the money.
If you can't get to the market try a good supplier like Wooklums - www.wooklums.co.uk - Wooklums have a great range of organic quality food all in one place, and they do a weekly shop and delivery just like Tesco's, which is ideal if you can't get to one of the organic markets.

The food range at The Organic Farmers Market is mouth watering - could not fault it - we are now buying all our organic food from there.
