Good Points: Excelent radio range through brickwork.
Bad Points: Needs to be plugged in to the electrical supply

The Wireless Water Alarm is the only domestic water detector that I know of which enables connection to the mains in the UK. All the other ones on the market seem to be run on batteries alone.
