The restaurant at the Holiday Inn in Sharm el Sheikh was a self service buffet, but waiters frequently asked if they could get us another drink. The buffet was extensive. It became rather predictable, but there was plenty to choose from.
Our room was a reasonable size with large twin beds, TV, fridge, en suite bathroom and a balcony with table and two comfortable chairs. We could see the sea and Tiran Island, and we were not directly overlooked. We booked a trip to Cairo with Odyssey, and the same guide was with us all day from hotel pick up to return, and the guide made it one of the best trips we have been on.
The hotel shuttle bus went into Naama Bay twice a day, and taxis were easily available at other times.
We have enjoyed an excellent weeks holiday at this hotel.
