    very good hotel loved every bit of it, staff very friendly,went half board and food was good ,not far from beach pool was good even though you had to pay for slides per day , would return to Trakia Plaza if i could find out who does holidays to this hotel from uk

    Had a great time in Sunny Beach, will definately return. Probably to the Trakia Plaza the slides are a god send for keeping the little ones entertained. Sunny Beach gets bad press but the only negative I have is some of the sanitation standards in some of the bars/restaurants. The water parks are great fun, the beach is very clean with good water sports and there are some great bars and restaurants, namely the Iris (find it its worth it) the Condor and the chinese on the main road behind the Vi ...

    I would not recommend this hotel if you prefer English food and would like to be treated well. They tried to make me pay 100lev for a lost key which was stolen from their pool area along with my bag. I actually had to put all my belongings in my daughters room which was next door as they would not give me another key for my room unless I paid the price which I stated above. I would go back to Sunny Beach but it certainly wouldn't be back to Trakia Plaza.

    I would go back to the Trakia Plaza hotel as it had a large outdoor swimming pool, which was kept very clean. The Hotel was kept spotlessly clean also.
    Even though the entertainment was very limited the Entertainment team did try their best. The food was very average but there was always something that we could eat. The position of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the shops and bars. Also the beach was a short walk away.

    I would recommend Sunny Beach to anyone, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else but the Trakia Plaza. It's brilliant! The kids club is excellent, and the the staff looked after my kids for hours every day, and I felt they were in very safe hands. The staff were a credit to the hotel.

    I will be there next year for definite. Many thanks for a great holiday.

    I would advise you to go to the Trakia Plaza in Bulgaria - we've been for 2 years to the same hotel and there were no problems but if you're going with the kids there's not much to do.

    All in all Trakia Plaza is a decent hotel. The breakfast was better than the evening meal. The food isn't that bad, there is usually a lot of different dishes on offer so we always found something to eat.

    Bulgaria is a nice enough place to spend a week. The main centre is a 10 minute walk so if I was to go again I'd choose a hotel nearer the centre as some of the hotels look good there and there is no difference in price.

    Trakia Plaza is a brilliant hotel, in a great area. Close to bars and restaraunts. Staff is quite friendly. The only thing bad is the food.

    Bulgaria is a very nice place, Trakia Plaza gets a big thumbs up apart from the food. Weather was rubbish, rained and there was thunder storms for one week. One night, by the time we ran back to the hotel we were soaking wet. I have never spent a holiday in the peak of summer indoors watching the downpours, it was like a scene from holidays from hell.
