Excellent quality and value for money. I would highly recommend these she straighteners to anybody that was looking for straighteners that are like ghds. I have a pair of ghds and she's and find the she's much better on my hair as they glide throught much quicker and smoother than the ghd. They heat up very quickly which I like so there is no hanging around waiting and keep there heat which is great as so many other straighteners don't. I bought these new model 3.1b SHE hair straighteners to replace my GHDs that had died. Both my daughters use this brand so I knew it must be good, and it is. It is without doubt as good as GHD at a snip of the price. It even straightens my friends hair, which is very long and very curly, to salon standard. Having had a pair of straighteners bought for me 7 years ago that cost a small fortune, i was more than little upset when they finally gave up on me last month, not least of all because they had cost so much then and weren't going to be any cheaper 7 years on, so the hunt was on for a new pair. I have been using SHE straighteners for a few years and have never been disappointed! They are gr8 value for money and would surely recommend them. English hairdresser in new Zealand ghds broke after 10 years :-( got recommended she straighteners and I would never look back ! Heaps cheaper and the quality is just as good if not better! These irons are simply excellent and no word of a lie I would always recommend these over any other brand of salon styling equipment, I have tried and tested many other different branded straighteners and they just don't stand the test of time and rarely last long enough but the SHE Irons I have are simply amazing. Since my GHD's packed up many years ago after only about a years worth of use. I decided to start using SHE Hair Straightners and will never use anything else again. Having to cope with a frizzy mop of hair i could not be long again unless it was for the brilliance of SHE's. I have two pairs one normal width and one extra wide of which are both now approx 7/8 years old and are still going strong. Had my new she straighteners about 2 month now really love them and my hair looks fantastic , I use them to do curls and straighten, they are much easier to use than the ghds mk4 I had before , the barrel just give a much better results my curls stay in much better too, plus they are fantasic value for money , I was recommended these by my salon in Aberdeen (read more)

New she 3.1b are the same as my old ghd 3.1b, didnt want the new ghds as they only heat to 185 , I like 210 degrees of heat and the price of them is easy on my pocket too , could not be happier with my new straighteners (read more)

I've tried different brands and the best one from all is the Karmin G3 Salon Pro which has tourmaline ceramic plates that cause less damage to the hair and keeps it shiny, soft and very straight. I totally recommend it !! :D (read more)

I purchased these straighteners and after the second use the plug seemed to be faulty, the straighteners would work but only when held in a certain position. I emailed and spoke to Denise at the head office who told me that I had a faulty plug which could be supplied for £5. I replaced the plug myself and had the same problem so emailed Denise again but got no response. I have since sent two further emails and am yet to receive an email back. Item came with American plug and adapter which wasn't a good start. Item was only used twice and then they kept going off. The wiring or plug was faulty so contacted SHE and was told that the straighteners must have been sat on squashed (which they haven't) so there is nothing they will do for me. Horrific service. Currently in talks with credit card company to try to claim my money back as SHE now refuse to talk to me (read more)

The she straighteners are without a doubt the best straighteners I have ever owned!! I had GHD's for 2 years then they broke and I replaced them with the white ones and they only lasted 4 months!! I got some She's as a friend recommended them and I couldn't afford to be without my straighteners. To be honest cause they were so much cheaper I never expected them to be as good as my GHD's, just thought I would use them as a spare pair in case the GHS's broke again. Bought the She from my hairdresser for £60 11mths ago. i have now found they arent hot enough and have to go over my hair more. My hair isnt shiney and is left very dry. Not nice to use and no steam comes off them. I have tried Kodo straightners and these are much better and cheap. (read more)

In my hairdressers today having a colour and trim like you do lol...and in poped the shehair sales rep and quite a hunk!!!
OU did I say Hunk lol..anyway cut story short he was demonstating this new Turbo model from shehair
with new features urr.. got it variable temp comtrol auto cut off and some kind of new re-heat system keeps them at constant temp, any way 80 to 230 degrees they now heat to, Had my hair straightened by the Adonis from she lol... Ive been home an hour or...

has just bought a pair. I would like to recomend them they are great value

I have had these She Styler Hair Straighteners for 9 months now and they are amazing. They are easy to use and glide through your hair perfectly. They give a beautiful shine and make your hair look perfect. They are not expensive and I would definatly use these as an alternative to GHD's.

i borrowed a pair of SHE straighteners yesterday, as my babyliss irons just drag through my hair. I sectioned my hair off and began to straighten small sections. the irons glided through my hair leaving a shine. I did find though that the irons didn't seem to get very hot and i had to go over a few sections. My hair is very wavy and, when it rains or has been wet, curls into ringlets. I am on my second pair of these fab straighteners. I have had GHD before and to be honest think these are just as good. I wear extensions which as any of you out there that have had them are difficult to straighten and keep straight but these little gems do the trick. I would recommend every time. Bought She Styler Hair Straighteners off ebay as an alternative to ghd. Basically I think you get what you pay for. Even though it heats up rapidly it doesn't seem to keep the heat for long as it seems to cool down on its own. The handle gets too hot and it just feels flimsy compared to ghd's.

SHE irons are absolutely fantastic. I've got the standard black and the mini plates. I was so impressed with the standard iron's I bought the mini's after changing my hair style. They glide through my hair leaving me with a smooth, straight and shiny hairdo. These are so much better than GHD and half the price. I am having the same problems. I purchased mine end March from the Hair Site and the problem appears to be with the plug. Hair site have tried to pass the buck and say that I have to send them back to She Hair, who like you are ignoring my emails. If I haven't heard anything back from either of these companies I shall sue. Working in a solicitors has its benefits.
