Fantastic products, we love these, now I am going to buy the ones without the bark as well... I bought the blocks with the bark and my little boy loves them. He points to all the trees in the park and says that's where his blocks came from! I explained to him that the trees where his blocks came from mean that another lot of trees get planted for the children that haven't even been born yet. They are fantastic for counting and measuring as well. Customer service is excellent on the phone and by email - very helpful and not at all like a call centre - I've decided that smaller toy companies are so much better, particularly Treeblocks - if I can get my son's toys and gifts for others from here, I'm going to use them again and again!

Ordered three items over two months ago. One item was delivered within days. But, since then, it is almost as though the company has disappeared from the face of the planet. I have received no response to any of my emails, telephone calls nor to two letters that I have sent regarding my order as of yet.

I would not recommend this site.

I ordered smooth barkless treeblocks from www.treeblocks.co.uk suitable for a toddler, which turned up looking rough and covered splinters. I returned the poor half of blocks in exchange for replacements and postage refund. 2 months later I have heard nothing, I have had no reply when I phone and no reply to emails into my inbox. I am at a loss as to what to do.

I called Treeblocks on 19th December to order a treehouse and furniture as well as a toy train, all of which I had not seen anywhere else on the web or high street. They took my order over the telephone and the goods were with me 2 days later, excellent.

Treeblocks (www.treeblocks.co.uk) offer a range of products I have not seen before in any shop in the UK. I found the website easy to navigate, the quality of the pictures and explanations excellent.

I tried the telephone answering service and was surprised to be answered within 2 rings, either not very busy or a good set up. The girl who took my order was pleasant and very helpful. The goods were delivered within 2 days and were of a very high quality.

I will certainly be recommending this site to my friends.
