    Ordered same day service..a few hours later got a phonecall to say they couldn't find anyone to do it ( in a major city!!) so would deliver it next day. I cancelled and asked for a refund which was promised in 4 to 5 days. One month later I am still waiting.

    Absolutely awful service. Ordered same day delivery. 4 days late. Did not reply to my emails. Unsatisfactory answer when I phoned up. Just didn't care. Missed my Mother's birthday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    I am exceptionally disappointed with the quality of the flowers. They were on time, but came in brown paper and had brown (dead) petals on the roses with scant foliage. Did not look like the picture at all. Exceptionally embarrassed my GF when her friend walked in and commented how cheap they look and "he did not really spend much money, did he get from Tesco"?

    Rubbish company. I asked for present for girlfriend's birthday to be delivered at her work in the a.m.

    She leaves work at 5pm and nothing has arrived despite numerous phonecalls and excuses and "it's the courier company's fault".

    Very disappointed. If you have a nice idea for your partner, don't buy from these guys. It will save you money and give you the same end result without all the fuss.

    Awaiting refund, which is a nightmare to claim btw.

    Very, very disappointed with flowers direct. My friend ordered a large bouque of sunflowers and i received a tiny bunch of what can be described a cheap bunch of dieing flowers from a petrol station.

    Would definitely not recommend.

    Misleading wording on website. Allows you to pick a delivery date and even cpnfirms this via email. However it turns out that some items are sent by mail and can take up to three days. Rang to complain and was told that there was nothing they could do even though they missed my wifes birthday. Dreadful service and appalling customer service from Flowers Direct. £30 down the drain...

    I Habe used flowers direct for a floral delivery and the picture on the website looked really nice. I really did enjoy flicking through and looking at all of the different designs and it truly did look nice and vibrant.

    When i recieved the flowers it was completly different. On the other hand the Lillies was nice, the roses dies quick and the gerbras looked in terrible condition. The delivery was 2 days late as i "accidentally" put the wrong contact number. ITS NOT HARD TO USE THE POSTCODE. I a ...

    Flowers Direct UK charged me 3 times for some fairly mediocre flowers. Caused me to go overdrawn, then said they will take up to a week to reimburse my account.

    There is nothing I liked about the service - it was shoddy and poor. Insincere apologies started each email on the subject but nothing to show that they were taking it seriously.

    When the flowers were delivered, no note was put through the door so it took 2 days for my gran to find them.

    Flowers Direct UK is a terrible company! Basically I ordered a bunch of flowers for my boyfriend for a surprize and after the order was sent confirmation saying they endevour to deliver before 4pm.

    Checked chat time he finished and all was good, finally did not get there untill after 6pm, no phone call to him to let me / him know they would be late.

    They did answer my angry email and refunded the cost of delivery - however they were offering free delivery today anyway!

    Flowers Direct don't guarantee the delivery time and if the confirmation email says "we deliver before 4pm" don't expect them to deliver before 4 pm. Even before 6pm. They don't answer to your emails - they just ignore them. After I refused the flowers on the next day (we had a wedding anniversary with my wife and after I realized that the flowers wouldn't be delivered on time I bought another bouquet for my wife) they send me an email saying that they can't cancel or refund my order.     don't bother with Flowers Direct UK.i spent £20 of which i couldn't really afford on sending some chocolates via their website. i double checked over and over again all the details, delivery address and billing address etc only to find the chocolates were delivered to me at my billing address. this gift was an apology for forgetting a family birthday.also there is no way of checking your order number on their website.

    The flowers that I sent were £37 - my parents said that they lasted less than 3 days. I contacted Flowers Direct UK and they just said thank you for your feedback!

    I ordered some chocolates for my parents. They arrived in a box 10 times the size of the chocolates (i.e. one for flowers). Needless to say, my parents thought the flowers had been forgotten which led to some embarrassment all round.
    When I raised it with the company they said it was fine as the chocolates had been delivered in good condition! Certainly won't ever use Flowers Direct UK again and wish I'd checked this website before use!

    I've ordered from flowers direct for the past 2 years and they have been fine although this Mothers Day they decided that they couldn't find a local florist (with a weeks notice) to put together the bouquet I had ordered from their website for Mothers Day so instead chose to send whatever other bouquet they could cobble together and also couldn't be bothered to tell me of the change. I only realised when my Mum showed me the pictures and I said 'That isn't at all what I ordered!". Thanks flowers ...

    Appalling service, very unhappy with the service.
    The florist tried to delivery flowers on a Saturday (after paying £5.99 for next day delivery). The recipient was out at the time, no card was put through the door and no voicemail left when they rang the recipients mobile number. The florist told Flowers Direct they had posted a message on a card through the letterbox and left a voicemail - both of which were untrue.     Terrible company! Flowers Direct say their postal are guaranteed delivery next day by courier. When after 3 days they had not arrived I was told in 'Terms & Conditions' it said they do not guarantee a day. They should be reported to Trading Standards! Never again do not buy from them.

    Flowers Direct UK is bad i ordered flowers, chocolate and teddy for mothers day they didnt turn up . when you call the support line no one answer but when you call the order line some one answered i got full refund and flowers but they refused to give the choclates and teddy.
