“Unacceptable service ”

I ordered the astound flowers for my girlfriends birthday , after being led to there guaranteed " promise" which did not show , after spending around 10 minutes I finally got through to there complaints line only to be told they were delivered! But strangely enough they don't take a signature and just leave outside (how convenient) , now I have been told they will re-deliver 2 days late !! I ordered flowers for my mother's anniversary with same day delivery which I paid an extra £8 for. The flowers were a day late and I emailed to say they would not be fit for purpose for this reason. They were delivered anyway and left on the doorstep - giving me no chance to reject them on delivery. I ordered the Pastel pink roses & purple tulips for mothers day, the price was £25 for 6 roses and 6 tulips, £35 for 12 roses and 12 tulips , or £45 for 24 roses and 24 tulips, i paid the £45 for the biggest bunch, Not only were my parents knocked out of bed at 6AM - YES 6AM, there was only 12 roses and 12 tulips, and they were not very fresh either. so to summise, i paid more money to receive extra, yet only received half, my OAP parents were awoken at 6am, and i have contacted flowers… Read Full Review

Ordered flowers for my Mum for Mothers Day expecting a beautiful bouquet after seeing the advertisement picture on the Flowers Direct website to open the box to a bundled heap of half brown half discoloured roses, tulips and leaves. The flowers were bunched together in no presentation what so ever. “Appalled, Terrible Service, Bad Flowers!”

Absolutely disgusted with flowers direct. I ordered a rose bouquet for my mum for mothers day which was due to arrive the day before mothers day (Saturday). I received an email early morning of that day confirming my order was in transit and that the flowers would be arriving that day sometime between 7am - 9pm. Diabolical! Flowers I paid 45 quid for for Mother's Day, looked like a budget bunch going out of date in a supermarket. The flowers were poor extremely poor quality and browning already! I bought flowers for Valentines day and chose to have them delivered several days in advance to avoid any problems. When they didn't arrive on that day, I emailed the company and explained the problem. I received a response apologising and as a gesture of their sincere apologies, they would refund my money but they wouldn't be delivering the flowers. Ordered flowers from Flowers Direct for Valentines Day - £25 plus a £10 voucher for some roses for my wife. Terms stated delivery before 7pm but never turned up. on the 27 august 2014 my wife was 50 so ordered flowers from this web site in good time for the date . We waited all day and when it got to five p.m. rang them they said that they could come up to 6 p.m. they didn't the next morning 8.00am their is a box left out side my house with the flowers in it the box was wet and I feel it had been dumped out side this as left me feeling low and let down on this happy day I will support my local florist in the future … Read Full Review

Ordered a valentine bouquet through Amazon Local £50.00 value. Bouquet arrived on On time but what a waste of money. Gran prix roses I don't think so Lilly's didn't open Flowers watered and away from radiators but only lasted 5 days. Would of got a nicer bunch of flowers spending £10 at the supermarket.
