Good Points: Ordered flowers and delivered 2 hours later.
General comments: Excellent service. Used the company for 4 years and never one issue. I recommend this site to all as a good cheaper / better quality alternative to interflora and M & S.

Did exactly what they said they would. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and i wanted them delivered on the same day. I ordered them at 1 o'clock and they arrived by four. She was so delighted. The bouquet was beautiful, even better than the picture shown online.
Very happy, worth every penny, definitely use them again.

I ordered flowers from Flowers Direct for a funeral which did not turn up on time despite all reassurances given on website. Customer services spoke to florist who then claimed delivery on time and in turn then blamed the crematorium but who knows what happened?...all I know is I wasted £34 sending flowers that nobody saw at an emotional time...very disappointing. I will never use online florists for a time sensitive order again.

Bouquet from Flowers Direct UK looked as though it was worth about £3 not £25. It seemed they did not want to know when I telephoned. I also sent photographs and have received no reply yet. Disappointed with their customer service. I would recommend paying the extra few pounds for interflora.

Flowers Direct UK - My daughter was in hospital and a family member organised for some flowers to be delivered. When they didn't arrive my husband phoned and we were informed they would be delivered to our home on saturday. We waited all day and received nothing. The worst delivery and customer service I have ever encountered. the flowers were sent back to the sorting office over the weekend though I did put on alternative delivery instructions. Ruby wedding surprise was spoilt and in different wording was basically told by their customer services 'tough'.

I used this company for the first time this week and would never use them again. I sent flowers to my mum for her birthday and they did not arrive the next day as I requested. I will never ever use Flowers Direct again. I used M&S recently for my anniversary and they were excellent. Interflora are also good, but I found them more expensive.

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day, I chose the delivery day to be Saturday as the website stated they would be delivered Saturday or Sunday. By 8pm on Sunday my mother still had no delivery. Don't be duped by the superficial nature of their offer, particularly if you're paying for a more expensive bouquet as I did.
I can't say whether my experience of them not supplying the advertised quality of flowers is normal for this company and I have no intention of trying again.

Working abroad, I ordered flowers for Mothers day on 28th Feb, got email on 1st March to say they could not deliver in time and instead would deliver following Tuesday and give me a 10%discount off future order (as if I would ever order from this shoddy outfit again). Since then, despite emailing numerous time I've had no communication from them and they haven't refunded my credit card.

People only tend to write reviews when they have something to complain about, which is why I tend to take reviews with a pinch of salt. Luckily on this occasion I decided to turn a blind eye to another persons bad experience with the same item, namely a 1kg Lindt Easter Bunny. I ordered a 1kg Lindt rabbit for my partner as an early easter present as in the past we have bought each other the small ones. Place the order with flowers direct and they said the item would be delivered on March 12th. I got confirmation from my partner that the package had arrived on the date, however what was indie was a 160g box of chocolates listed as £8 on their site.

So similar to other people's experiences. Ordered for Mothers Day, had a confirmation e-mail to say they would be delivered either Saturday or Sunday.
