Having got to my desk I discover that my email is not working. After doing some investigation and tests, I call EasySpace technical support for their help and advice. My call is answered quickly and dealt with professionally. Approximately an hour later my email is working perfectly again. The staff are polite, friendly and professional. I have already recommended Easyspace to others form previous interactions over the years. I have bought a couple of domains in the past and the service level is even better now. Never had a problem. I use them for personal and for business under different accounts and have no problems using Easyspace. The technical team and the person I dealt with in particular made the whole business of bringing the hosting of our email addresses to Easyspace seamles. Each step was explained, verbally and with email follow up. What i had to do; then what Easyspace would do to enable the emails to work. I was so happy to be able to talk to two helpful guys after only a short wait on the phone. I had no difficulty understanding them - so refreshing after the embarrassing struggles to understand strong accents plus the echo you get when talking to someone in a call centre in India. We have always used Easyspace to buy and store our URL's. They provide excellent customer service and this was typified recently by the person I dealt with who originally called us a we had URL's expiring on an account we had forgotten about.
