I obtained a dedicated server from Easyspace two years ago after my previous company let me down AGAIN! It was time for a change and Easyspace offered the best deal. Since then I have had zero downtime, the staff are always happy to help with support queries, the server itself comes with plesk and a whole range of applications that have certainly helped myself and my customers. From purchasing domain names, to setting up your account to solving any problems you may (but very very rarely) run into, Easyspace has always sorted my problems quickly, efficiently and the representative you speak to is always friendly and very helpful... not that you should need to speak to a representative. I had an issue with our domain and I sent a support ticket as out of "Normal Support" hours. We received and email later that evening telling us exactly why there was a problem and how to resolve it. “Easy Space Auto Renew ”

Easyspace have basically taken my money. After a shoddy service and constant issues with my Dedicated server (first the motherboard failed then the hard drive completely died) I was forced to move all my clients elsewhere. I set the hosting auto renew off so the service would lapse. They turned it back on and charged my credit card £850, 30 days before my actual hosting was due for renew. Hi, I'm writing as a first time user of Easyspace. So far I can't fault it. Being based in the UK you get to speak to people that you can actually understand and are not reading from a script. Telephoning twice to Easyspace, both call were answered in no less than 8mins. My previous hosting company took 25mins to answer and even then couldn't help me. Emails are answered promtley. Whatever the situation, I have always found their responses to be quick, polite and helpful. I've been with Easyspace for many years and have always received excellent support from them. I have transferred domains in, renewed, bought and sold. Whilst things have gone smoothly for 99.9% of the time, any issues I've had, have always been resolved quickly. The staff are friendly and are always willing to give advice and support when you need it via their case ticketing system. The technical support is very helpful. Once explained, the person answered the phone understood exactly what the problems were and was able to provide the solutions to solve the problems immediately while on the phone. I have been with Easyspace for a long time and always find them helpful and to provide a good service. I have domains and email services with them and run a small business. The support is good, you're not left holding on the line for ages and you can reach them on the phone too. They are also English from the UK which is a bonus. I've used Easyspace for over 10 years now whilst working in different roles/companies. I've always found them helpful and friendly and therefore have always ended up moving domains into Easyspace. The set up and manageability of it is so easy, anyone with little or vast knowledge of websites can just setup their own domain and website easily, especially with all the tools (some free, some not).
