Agatha Christie, Lord Edgware Dies - This, as with all other Poirot novels, is judged to perfection and is a joy to read.
Christie's writing is subtle and skillful and in a time of gory and overly descriptive violence I find that her books come over as a genuine delight. As a huge fan of Rankin, Mankell & Robinson I love looking back at these classic murder mysteries. Superb!
