Good Points: None for us after what happened.

Bad Points: Poor service we experienced.

General comments: It was the day before our wedding and our car (which we were going to use as our wedding car) broke down at the cattery where we were dropping our cat prior to wedding and honeymoon.

We ring the Privilege number who passed us on to their breakdown service. We had some months prior to this had a private registration number put on the car and received everything from Privilege to say this had been updated. However, as they hadn't passed the new number onto their breakdown service they flatly refused to come out, they even told us they could tell the make model and colour of the car that needed recovery but still refused to come out.

After the wedding we complained to Privilege and cancelled the policy. We feel they couldn't have cared less if they tried.

We experienced a really bad service and will avoid at all costs and that's my advice to other too.
