Good Points: Human After All - The Prime Time Of Your Life - Technologic
Bad Points: Robot Rock - Steam Machine (particularly awful) - The Brainwasher - Television Rules The Nation
General comments: Totally new sound. Nothing like the previous two albums. In sound or quality. Ultra-minimalist like Homework but not nearly as creative. Human After All runs the same sounds into the ground through a sizeable portion of the album. However there are traces of the Daft Punk that, as in previous discs, delights our ears and uplifts any low spirit. Primetime... and Technologic especially. Repetition is the extremely apparent theme of this album. Too many loops left undeveloped. Not terrible but not terrific. The worst of the duo's three albums but certainly better than most contemporary techno. Daft Punk, if you read this please don't keep us waiting another four years.
