  Bad Points: Does not always keep me full until lunch unless I have pumpkins seeds on the top which adds a rather nice texture to the cereal.

  General comments: Nestle Fitnesse are light, easy to disgest and reasonably filling and apparently has less calories than Special K which I also like from time to time On the whole I am happy with finesse but do change from time to time to organic bran flakes topped with rhubarb organic yoghurt and chopped organic nuts.

  The Nestle Fitnesse leaves you feeling full. Has a bit of a bland taste but it's similar to that cereal where there is snap crackle and pop.
