    Good Points: If you like to price snowboarding gear; this is the mag for you.


    Bad Points: Every page is an advertisement. This periodical has no practical reading use other than to sell the products that are advertised within its pages.


    General comments: Transworld Snowboarding is the "end all, be all" snowboarding magazine in North America. I know boarders that subscribe to this mag, even though they can't pay their rent on time. But just one look at the contents of this periodical, and you will see that there are about 2 worthwhile articles to read about the sporting hobby per issue, and every other page is just an advertisment for gear. And the catch?...Subscriptions are about $15 a year (9 issues)...which means that you have to pay $15 p/y for advertising to sell you more stuff! Oh yeah, don't forget the free beanie!
