Good Points: Very fast and reliable service. Customer support has been very good by email or 24hour phone (UK call centre too). Free migration or modem for new pc users. Fixed IP address (great for those who want to setup their pc as an online gaming server). 200MB webspace.
Bad Points: Website in my opinion is totally out of date. Not unlimited and price doesn't compare well to others anymore.
General comments: Been with Seriously for about 3 years now.
Apart from a mix up when we moved home and our old account was closed instead of transfered, meant we had to have new email addresses, that was, until they sorted it out over the phone and problem was solved.
Very fast service and have never had any problems or days with no internet, sometimes their email servers are a bit slow though.
Bit expensive now that most others are providing unlimited Internet, but, then, you don't get 200Mb of webspace and a fixed IP from them.

After signing up for a months subscription with Seriously Internet, and only receiving 12 days of internet, being charged another month AFTER migrating causing bank charges, which they refuse to pay, and having to wait a month for them to refund the UNAUTHORISED payment... I can not recommend this Broadband internet service.

The costs can be extreme on this new price band, and also their compassion for customers who have been stung by their changes has been less than noble!
Based on my experience with Seriously Internet, I can not recommend them.

Seriouslyinternet are in the process of scamming some of their customers by:
1. Not informing them of price changes until their bills have already been run up.
2. Hitting those very same customers with a migration charge having forced them to switch provider.
They switched to a measured PAYG pricing policy over their former unlimited for £27.98 way of doing things without informing their customers. New pricing is £14.99 for 1st gig and £1 per gig there after. Stung ...

Seriously Internet also has a dated website which talks about gaming, music etc, but their pricing structure is not suitable for this type of customer.

So far I've been unable to connect for 9 days. Seriously Internet have given me very little response to emails and they don't call back when they said they would. Their site goes on about how wonderful they are but the service level doesn't seem to match what they say.

Seriously Internet don't know anything about using a Mac with their modem. They also do not regularly stock Mac supported modems, so you could order their service and wait until infinity to receive the hardware. They also charge for the Mac modem and not for the PC modem.

My download speed has maxed out at 521kbps that I have noticed, would not surprise me if it goes further. this will put a smile on your face.
Recommend getting your own ADSL modem router so you are permanently connected and ready to go the second your PC boots up. Supplied USB modem can take a few minutes to connect at times (can get annoying).
Excellent gameplay with PS2.
Have not experienced any down time in 10 months of being with them.

There are cheaper products around these days but I am staying with them for the moment. I have been with Seriously Internet for 1 year and 3 months now so they must be good always I would have moved.

Renting with workmates can quite often mean moving house from time to time. I signed up with Seriously Internet initially because they looked friendly and seemed eager to have me. I moved recently, after 5 months of connection and when asking for a simple transfer to a new line I am left with a 60 pound fee to pay. Tiscali and Toucan (the only two others I contacted) both DON'T charge for a transfer.
The connection itself was fine, however with new offers on the street for unlimited bandwidth ...

Seriously internet is good value for money. Set up was easy, and the telephone technical support sorted out the only problem I encountered.
It takes a while to connect in the mornings, but it is almost instantaneous in the evening (not sure what causes this). The 8MB service has yet to materialise, but when it does the value for money will increase considerably.
It is unfortunate that they only accept continuous credit/debit card payment. This means that you give Seriously Internet author ...

The Seriously Internet Broadband Internet staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have been with them since September with no problems! When we set up the account initially, I rang up the help desk and the guy knew what he was talking about - it wasn't just some help desk manned by people who don't have a clue.
The biggest plus point is not being locked into a 12 month contract. They've got a tiered pricing system which means if you only download 1MB of data, you pay £14.99, but th ...

Seriously Internet (www.seriouslyinternet.com) seems to appeal to younger - I'm 25 - internet users. I don't consider myself old but other ISP websites are the kind of thing that would appeal to my parents! Received modem without problem, and when I did call the tech support - i didn't know how to register domain name - they were quick to respond and get it sorted. Want to upgrade to 8mb service when available as they said they do it for free, which is cool. All in all, saving myself money every ...
