After reading positive reviews, but didn't come across any 9After the event of a claim) I sent an e-mail requesting information on underwriters, third party organisers etc, should a claim ever be made. Really happy with deal I received. Much cheaper quote for cover than the other companies. The compulsory excess was the deal maker, £400 compared to the £2000, on a brand new X-Max being offered by tall the other insurance companies. I had no problem with problem with my NCD. Hopefully will get the same consideration when it comes to renewal nest year!

Have insured through Devitt for. A few years now. Very good on price and alterations to policy adding or changing bikes. Recommended.

Unusually my renewal this year for my small scooter insurance through Devitt waswslightly lower than the first year. Good news. Cheap quote for comprehensive insurance with the option of adding extras at a great price. I found quote online and took out over the phone. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and informed me of what documents I would need to provide proof of. Having been riding motorbikes for a while, finding the correct insurance for a decent price is always a priority, Devitt have on a few occasions come out as slightly more expensive but on the whole the service has justified the expense. The team are knowledgeable and happy to assist with you setting up your policy, they understand modifications and the price increases are usually minimal. I haven’t yet had a bad experience, people only tend to leave reveiws when something has gone wrong but in this case it’s the opposite, very well done to the company and the staff. Stay competitive and keep up the good work!

Insured last year with Post Office and underwritten by Devitt, had no issues communications and service from them was fine (although I haven't had to claim so no comment on that). Renewal from PO was £40 more than Devitt direct on comparison so went direct. Again all good so far... Transfer of no claims was easy (as it should be for same company)

I spent quite a long time on price comparison websites getting quotes and Devitt was consistently one of the cheapest. Their fully comp insurance offers all the options you would typically want and none of the pointless ones. When I realised my bike had an aftermarket exhaust and let them know they were pretty relaxed about it and added it to the policy with no additional charge. I would definitely recommend getting a quote from Devitt. The 10% off voucher at sportsbikeshop.com is nice to have too.
