Having read your reviews I have smypathy for everyone that subscribed to golfpunk magazine, but dont give up badgering these people to get what you are entitled to. I recently won a competition with golfpunk and after varoius emails and a fax to JF media Ltd I received my prize ( a new putter valued at over £130) on 26 Sept, so dont give up

Ironic this one. I paid 12 months subscription way back at Issue 26 April 07 of golf punk, and promptly received next 12 issues without fail every month. I then expected to be contacted asking for subscription for next 12 months. For whatever reason, no contact and therefore no renewal but lo and behold continued to recieve monthly issue for next 12 months. I would suggest their unwitting generosity and lack of financial control has been their undoing as copies now appear sporadic and noticebly ...

I was given an annual subscription for my birthday in february 2009 with some free srixon balls. I have only had 1 copy to date (I had to call the Golf Punk sales line as it is the only one they ever pick up) As with other reviews it was a load of spurious excuses ranging from finance issues/funding football punk supply chain issues etc...... I was given a Golf Punk subscription in April 09 as a present. NEVER received any magazines, Free Shirt or Golf Balls. Numerous 'phone calls later, keep being promised I'll receive within 10 days or end of month etc etc etc. Ridiculous service!

Mag has disappeared from WH Smith and other shops, I can only think they've gone under - however why dont they admit it and pay the money they've taken back?!

I subscribed to Golf Punk in July 2008. Recieved maybe 3 issues. Still waiting for golf balls and belt. Numerous calls to office and numerous excuses. I have written to the MD twice with no response. .

Subscribed to Golfpunk magazine in August 2008, i've only recieved 4 issues in a 12 month period. Golfpunk keep telling me you'll get your Magazine + your free balls & belt as promised on subscription, NOTHING!!
They don't return emails or phone calls, they just take your money and hide.!!

I wish I had read these Golf Punk reviews before I paid for 2 subscriptions for my sons back in April it's now June and they haven't received anything magazine, golf balls or shirt's

I got Golf Punk as a present in September 08 - never received any balls and as another user have only received 1 mag!!
I've phoned and been given a load of excuses.
They said it'll be sent out by end of March - we'll see!

I love Golf Punk magazine. Since signing up, haven't recieved a first issue... ...looks like my experience is the same as some other on this string.

I signed up for the subscription in August as a present for my boyfriend and no free golf balls ever turned up and only one magazine in 5 months! I wrote numerous emails to complain when I hadn't recieved anything at all and eventually recieved a reply not acknowledging my coomplaints but saying they had delayed publication so they could be the first golf magazine to publish after the Ryder Cup and a magazine turned up a few days later so I gave them the benefit of the doubt however 3 months lat ...

I never received free golf balls promised on subscription. Tried to contact Golf Punk, haven't returned calls or emails. Eventually cancelled subscription and asked for partial refund due - it has been two months and apparantly my refund cheque is sitting in the office waiting to be signed by the MD - 6 weeks later. Still haven't returned my calls.

It's a lads comic really, Sun, Daily Star readers market. Not a golf mag in the purest sense at all. We all enjoy looking at good looking chicks but (yawn) 60's, 70's 80's style Bunker Babes, come on not very original. Playboy, Men Only etc did it better.

If you are still a GolfPunk virgin - please please read this magazine. You won't be disappointed! It is so nice to see a magazine that suits everybody!
I was a beginner when I first indulged a well spent £3.50 on Golfpunk and didn't really know what to expect. I was pleasantly suprised to find that it's articles and interviews were original and informative, and amoungst features such as 'GolfJunk', Competitions, 'Punkmail' and even 'Bunker Babes' for the lads, the magazine as a whole was ...

Suitably irreverent where needed, Golf Punk has everything for those who prefer golf not to be a rule-bound, snobbery-laden pastime. It's a good game easy to be hooked, but so difficult to master, Golf Punk caters for all levels, from those who hack their way round, to those serious about improving their game (and image on course!)

This is a golfing mag for the average golfer. It concentrates on making the game fun (it is a game remember)
Packed with all the usuall but with a little extra. The golf babes been the main one.
