Good Points: When it works, it does what you would expect.
Bad Points: A poor design. Unreliable with bad after-sales support.
General comments: My experience of the Whirlpool ADG 7340. Two faults so far...
A cheap plastic component failed before xmas leaving it useless for about 1 month. The repair company ran out of this part!
A 50 degree wash takes just over 2 1/2 hours and then doesn't get the dishes clean. This is unresolved.
The programmer, temperature sensor and heater have been replaced. The field engineer has heard reports that it's the 3 in 1 dishwasher tablets? You decide.
I believe it is a badly designed unit. The after sales is stressful at best. The balance between reliability and price has not worked for me.
My last dishwashed worked for 13 years until I gave it away when the kitchen was replaced.
