Good Points: Awesome site. Easy to use. Found a person to clean my house for only $65
General comments: I used up4contract.com to get a house cleaner for my condo. I put it up on the site, and people actually bid on your job and they bid down your price. The person that came to clean was very professional. Brought their own supplies - all organic- and did it around my schedule. Very cool site.

Up4Contract.com is the newest service auction. You can get just about anything done for you at your price or less. All you need to do is advertise your project, which is free, and you receive bids from others who are qualified to fulfill your contract.
