Bad Points: Agree with a few others the headlamp is not as bright as other mopeds that I have.
General comments: Have the Kasea Sense 2001. Never have had a problem with it. My neighbors had the 4 cycle, I have the 2 cycle. Seems the 2 cycle runs better, and no service problems. Easy to start, runs great, plenty of room, holds 2 with no problem.

I'm in my fourth year with this little bike. It is fun but I can't find a shop manual for it and it needs to have the carb adjusted. Will only start when cold if I kick it and the kicker tends to stick down and again, no shop manual so I don't know how to fix that either.- Read Guest's review (76 words)

I bought my scooter new in 1999 to take with me to RV parks. I have 600 miles on it.
The starter went bad. I have had it in the shop for about 2 months now.The mechanic has placed several calls to Hyosung to order the starter. I need a starter assembly and even the DEALERS can't get a call returned about ordering the parts.I hope I don't have to scrap it-if I do I will NOT buy another Hyosung.
None of his calls have been returned either.
I found a dealer in Georgia and explained my dilemma an ...- Read argyle's review (169 words)

I love my scooter...equipped with a personalized plate "WEEEE" I get waves and smiles from all that I pass. I have not for one minute regretted my purchase, and ride it in the sunny BC Interior 9 months of the year. I have well over 12000kms on mine, and have had exceptional gas mileage, and trouble free motoring through the four seasons that I have driven it.
I have a motorcycle shop in town that orders parts through a dealer in Langley, BC and then they are shipped up to Kamloops. It works fo ...- Read annieduckwing's review (108 words)

I purchased two Sense's in 2001. Neither of them have more than 230 miles in the odometer.
If Hyosung cannot solve the electrical problem I will be moving to purchasing to new Yamaha's.- Read cycicyc's review (85 words)

I saw my 2000 Hyosung Sense for sale used on the side of the road - It was love at first sight. I bought it. I loved riding it. Seeing people turn and look as I went by. I had so much fun with it my husband bought a 50cc used Honda and we rode them all over the county. His would run away from mine. He could go 40 mph I could not get over 30 mph with the Hyosung. Then mine broke it needs carb work but I cannot get the parts for it.
I have ordered it from the parts manual online and never even ...- Read Beatrice Craig's review (154 words)

I had a scooter about 25 years ago - that was the year I started to work. 2 years ago I said to myself "I want to have a scooter for fun during the summer time", because in BC, Canada the summer season is wonderful. This summer my co-worker bought a Yahama BWS because the gas costs are getting very high, so I decided to buy one secondhand. I shopped around and test drove a used 2002 Yamaha BWS, and fell in love with it. The guy asked for $2,300. At the end of September 2005 I saw an ad in the p ...- Read Mike Wong's review (214 words)

I bought this scooter in July as a retirement present to myself. I chose the Hyosung Kasea Sense Scooter because of its looks (bright Yellow!) and nearby dealer since it was my first bike and I wanted to be close for help. I didn't want anything too powerful because of my inexperience though I took the motorcycle course, am insured and licenced for roads. But it is amazing and I have no desire to move up. My top speed is over 70K and I have a back luggage bubble installed by dealer to increase m ...- Read Lynn9's review (147 words and 2 comments)

Hi all!
Thought I'd post my impression and experience about the Hyosung Sense. Ok here goes.
I bought this scooter May 2002 on a whim and so far I'm very happy with it. Although it's
a little underpowered at takeoff for its size it's been very reliable and comfortable to ride. So far I've put 10000 km on it without any major problems and have only used Motul dino synthetic scooter oil.- Read rubbernoze's review (205 words)
