Good Points: Good range of products at an affordable price
Bad Points: I thought communication was poor. Delivery time at nearly 3 weeks is excessive. I have taken up a complaint with them.
General comments: Ordered a shower cubicle with an easy plum tray from www.BetterBathrooms.com. 3 weeks to arrive and tray is twisted, so not possible to fit. I have reported this and requested a refund of the good, still awaiting a response.

After shopping around for quite a while, I finally decided to go with Better Bathrooms as they offered the lowest prices out of anyone I could find and claimed they could deliver the goods I wanted within a week. Washbasin arrived broken. Bath taps never arrived. Had to find alternatives to get the job done. Now Better Bathrooms are trying to charge me a restock fee for the taps. Mirror now in stock 1 week after delivery.

Fantastic service, I bought my bathroom suite on a tuesday, it arrived on thursday, I highly reccommend people to bag a bargain at betterbathrooms.

With so many bathroooms to choose from, I found BetterBathrooms sales staff to be informative and extremely helpful, they helped me to purchase my dream bathroom. Customer service and dispatch team were very helpful, they notified me when they would deliver and I received my bathroom on the specific day they told me, excellent all round!

I am losing the will to live, trying to communicate with BetterBathrooms, about a bathroom suite still not delivered several weeks on and being subjected to hours of their ghastly jingle waiting to get through. Good products, a shame about everything else!

I bought a bath/shower mixer set from Better Bathrooms, which was supposedly suitable for low pressure systems, but when they were fitted they obviously were not. When I tried to return the product they were extremely unhelpful and would not take them back.

I bought a set of bathroom taps for a 0.5bar pressure system from Better Bathrooms, and the water just trickles from the outlet. It would take an hour to fill a bath. I tried returning them to the company but they were no help at all. I'm now having to take the matter up with trading standards and possibly a small claims court.

I needed my bathroom completely refurnishing and BetterBathrooms.com (www.betterbathrooms.com) provided me with a range of options at great prices. Instead of purchasing an entire suite, I was able to purchase each item individually and mix and match the items to my own style.
I really cannot recommend Better Bathrooms enough, the quality of products and service are excellent and I would certainly buy again.
