i had a few damaged items of which betterbathrooms replaced no problem.
I think they are a fantastic company and great value for money. My plumber was so impressed by the cost of the items he said he would use them himself for his customers, all now installed and looking FANTASTIC!

They have supplied a damaged and faulty bath, damaged washbasin (a metal staple on the box has rubbed a mark on the edge of the basin in transit)and a tap that is completely unsuitable for the installation.
So far, this is about par for the course for a bathroom company so....how will they deal with these problems? After purchasing my 2nd bathroom suite from better bathrooms I was encouraged to leave some feed for other customers, I cant recommend this company enough, the value for money and delivery times was nothing but exceptional, I was really happy they started using the text message informative as it was much easier to stay in touch whilst being informed of my order. Really really happy

I bought £2352 worth of items from betterbathrooms, all goods arrived within the stated 10 days, some of the items were 3 -5 days but others were 10 -14 hence the 10 day turn around, I was really impressed by the packaging and informative text messaging service which kept me informed all the way to me recieving the goods.One thing went alittle wrong my basin was damaged and I called them... I recently placed an order with better bathrooms (with some trepidation after reading the reviews). I placed the order by phone and got them to confirm the items I required were in stock. I paid for next day delivery to ensure if there was a problem I knew about it sooner rather than later. Every thing arrived on time and in perfect order. Apparently its better bathrooms, better service........Service, what service!
Ive spent the last 6 weeks chasing money for the supply of an incorrect toilet seat on a suite that has now been discontinued, fitted to a customers bathroom who is now extremely angry that she has paid for a whole suite and now cant find a seat to fit.

BetterBathrooms took my order and after 1 week I learnt that they do not have stock of the oredered items. Their team is performing very poor and do not honour their committments. They do not know the date of arrival of stock to dispatch to the customers.

Absolute shambles of a company! Ordered a bathroom suite that was stated as a stocked item with a 3-5 day delivery period. All was going well and the delivery was scheduled to arrive on the 5th day. I then received a phonecall at 3.30pm that day to inform me that the bath was damaged and wouldn't be arriving and it was also the last one they had and could not advise when the stock would be replenished. Betterbathrooms were great at answering emails, delivery turned up on time, but I rang them when the delivery turned up to say I couldn't check it because I was on my own with 2 kids and the stuff was too heavy for me to take in off my drive on my own. So I signed the delivery note and said unchecked. I could only get my friends to install the bathroom on weekends and evenings, so I put my accessories upstairs in a safe place, away from the children. We brought a bathroom suite and shower cubical from Better Bathrooms, BIG MISTAKE, we have now been waiting for 6 weeks for for it all to arrive, we have a half finished bathroom with no basin as we are still waiting for the taps to arrive, dispite no end of e-mail, we were promised they would be delivered yesterday, now I've received another e-mail to say they have the wrong date and will be out of stock until the middle of August!!- Read Guest's review (81 words)

Ordered an acrylic showerbath and screen package to be installed as part of a brand new bathroom installation. Our builders received and signed for the delivery, including signing their delivery form which also serves the dual purpose of the recipient agreeing that they are happy with the condition of the goods.
The bath was then stored safely in its packaging for 5 weeks until it was ready for installation. Once unwrapped and inspected we noticed a number of chips in the material.

I don't know if I was lucky with Better Bathrooms, or they have taken on board a lot of the bad reviews on here, but I had a really excellent customer service experience with them.

Better Bathrooms goods are of good quality however check your delivery very carefully before you sign the drivers delivery notice. If any of your goods are damaged in any way Better Bathrooms are not interested in replacing them. "Be Warned"- Read DC448's review (40 words)

BetterBathrooms seemed good value at first until a problem occurred. The toilet cistern had a hairline crack and they would not replace it as the delivered more than 7 days from discovery of damage.Totally unethical to examine everything in minute detail. Well, were do i start, we ordered a full bathroom suite in January 2009. We ordered a basin and waste from Better Bathrooms. Like many other comments, their website showed them as having something in stock, but they did not have it in stock. They didn't even bother contacting us to advise that it was not in stock, and when we contacted them, we were advised of a delivery date about 2 weeks away from our order date. I purchased over £1000's worth of suites from Better Bathrooms as I was doing up 5 bathrooms. Their prices were so cheap, I could get all 5 bathrooms done for half the price other online bathroom companies were charging. They were even cheaper than B&Q!Throughout the order process, which took just 10 days from me ordering to getting the goods at my door, I was kept informed of how the order was progressing, I even got a text message when the order was on its way which was good. I have now used betterbathrooms 7 times, I have had a few problems with delivery and the odd damaged/defected toilet, however on every occasion they have sorted my problem out. The telephone does take a while to get through so I would reccommend anyone to email or text they always reply to me within 24hours, hope the tip helps, they are a genuine company so dont get worried- Read browner's review (71 words)
