Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have never written a review before for bad service but this company are so bad I feel it's worth the effort. Ordered the Icon suite but so far I have been supplied with 3 broken toilets and they forgot to send the 4th. You spend at least 10 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone and when you ask for a manager they're all busy and take hours to get a call back, I have been waiting for 3 days for a call back to explain why they forgot... Well Better bathrooms . com ticked all our boxes. Firstly the showroom staff bent over backwards to please us until we came away with exactly what we wanted. They were courteous, efficient and listened to what we had to say and answered all our questions. I had Found Better Bathrooms through a web search and their site, I found was easy to use with clearly displayed pricing and good pictures. The products where well described and the total price was far better than even the plumber could find at the local merchants. I also found Communication from them was extremely thorough even including the text notifications and the delivery was really fast arriving in three working days which I was very happy with. Bought a full bathroom: quadrant shower, 2 x toilets, vanity unit, radiator and tall cupboard. Very impressed with the quality of the products and the new bathroom looks really impressive. Main points for note are delivery and instructions. Although the order was handled extremely well, the goods arrived on pallets securely wrapped and were parked at my front door. I had saved up for my bathroom for a while so wanted it to be beautiful. I bought the bathroom suite from Better Bathrooms then when back and picked my tiles. Having picked matching wall and floor tiles (other than the size) when the tiler went to put the floor tiles down he noticed something really odd!!!!! The floor tiles were all marked, as if there was water marks alll over them. After speaking with Better Bathrooms and sending them photos we eventually were asked to take the tiles down... Quality ok but nothing special. Our delivery never happened on day it was arranged for. Was informed that it had been provisionally arranged for delivery but not confirmed. Received order eventually but when received credit card statement been charged twice. Spoke to a very patronising customer service operator who was apparently the manager who had a couldn't care less attitude. “Leaky Loo”

Fitted a new downstairs loo, bought from Better Bathrooms all seemed to going well until it was tested and the toilet pan leaked. I had to pay to ship the faulty goods back. The courier company got a signature from them but they emailed to say the goods were refused as being in an unsellable condition. So i'm stuck with no loo and no money. Had buy one from B&Q where I should have gone in the first place. Their customer service is none existant. (read more)

I agree disgusting service my daughter in law also had a leaky loo out of shape at the back so would not fit into the waste, after sending photos etc. they sent a replacement one this was exactly the same so obviously a manufactures fault. They didn't even want the first one they sent back, so they must be use to sending out Rubbish goods! After she rang again some horrible woman on the phone at Warrington spoke over her all the time basically said nothing they can do she now has to pay for them to collect it, then only if they agree it is faulty will they get a refund!

We bought a Kirkwood Left Hand Bow Front Combination Unit total cost £428.95 on 05/12/12. We had a new bathroom installed by professionals and quickly found the toilet cistern self flushed. The water inlet valve keeps sticking. the problem could not be corrected by two plumbers. Both plumbers stated the part was at fault. Thought i would try Better Bathrooms for new bathroom suite, mistake, was attracted by the lower prices but the mixer taps is so noisy, plumber advises just the cheap make of it, toilet also doesnt flush first time, requires 3-4 flushes,again cheap make, therefore have ended up paying a plumber visit charges and still noisy and will require new better quality cistern, have tried calling the customer service number but on hold for over 20mins, no replies to emails or the live chat facility... Ordered an Aspen toilet and sink combination set which incorporated vanity unit and boxing for concealed toilet, both of these items were very badly made internally and came covered in dents, chips and scratches externally. After numerous phone call costing an additional £20 to my phone bill, many emails with photo after photo. I had 3 replacements of both items and in the end refused any more and asked for a refund. Needed to return an item..Rang customer services numerous time..no reply after 30 mins of holding around 15 times. Eventually got the return accepted and now am still waiting for a refund 3 weeks on..Still cant get customer services to answer phone to see where refund is! I purchased a complete bathroom suite and victorian radiator from this company in September 2010. Everything was fine up to the point of payment, from there on nothing but trouble. Their after sales staff immediate stance on being told of a fault is to disbelieve you. The radiator was delivered with a tiny hole in which didn't become apparent until it was fitted. Web site is fantastic and easy to use with excellent descriptions. Range and pricing is second to none with ample choices and familier brands as well as lesser known ones. Telephone ordering simple and fast. Loads of information on warehouse picking and delivery and delivery times accurate. BUT - their customer service is terrible. Couldn't agree with the you more. The Customer Team are not bothered and Team Managers and Hierarchy could not care less about the customer. How do I know - I worked for the team for 5 long months and the training is abysmal. They give you a folder to read and that is it - don't ask questions about problems - get customer off the phone and Do not give them their hard earned money back, I left in disgust!!
High staff turnover and they don't care as long as the Audi Spider is paid for that's all that matters!!
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SELL CHEAP TAT FROM CHINA!!!
