Good Points: Driver helped everyone with their baggage.
Bad Points: Everything else
General comments: The car park is very hard to find and the directions and signage were inadequate, the roads to and from the car park are very congested.
The staff were very unhelpful at check-in then we waited over 30 minutes for the bus to take us to the airport (description says every 20 minutes). On return we waited over 45 minutes for the bus to arrive, while we waited at least 4 APH busses arrived (next time I'm booking with APH). When the bus finally turned up there were so many people waiting that some of them were left at the bus stop for the next one!
The day after arriving home I realized that there was a deep dent in one door that I'm sure wasn't there before.
My advice is to pay the extra £10 for APH and save yourself the hastle.

On the confirmation the postcode was wrong so we ended up in the wrong place, when we called the only number they let you have (an 0870 call centre) and waited ten minutes for them to answer a call that the recorded voice said we aim to answer your call within 30 seconds!! They gave me a direct line to the car park, I called this to ask for directions we followed the directions given and ended up further away than we were!!! We parked at Birmingham Airparks before a 2 week holiday. When we returned to collect the car it had 2 areas of bodywork damage not present before handing the car over to them.
Reported to site manager who took photos and gave a claim form.
