Two senior citizens from the U.K.
Did travel around parts of W.A.
While on their travels they called into a store
Named after that merry old soul of yore
His pipe & Bowl & fiddlers three
may have made our king very merry
But for our pensioners, not such a happy tale
After eating food that made them pale
The lady fell ill while on her journey
It really was not very funny
She had to seek medical attention
Thus putting her long awaited holiday in suspension
On returning back to the land of U.K.
We waited and waited for many a long day
Until at last we could wait no more
And asked the king's minions for a reply to our door
But after an initial startled email missive
The shutters came down and they were so dismissive
So still we wait for a befitting disclosure
To ensure the tragic episode is now finally over
W.A. is noted for it's warmth and amiability
But to us the King's courtiers are full of frigidity.
In the U.K. senior citizens were taught
If at first your don't succeed try, try, try again.
