Bad Points: Can't get through to supplier
General comments: I ordered a bouquet from Flying Bouquets in 2004 for my aunt's birthday and they arrived on time and were apparently fantastic. My aunt then ordered two bouquets in 2005 (after receiving a great bouquet from me). One had a delivery error and they were in a pretty sad state when they arrived. The second bouquet for her mother-in-law never arrived. To this day my aunt cannot get in touch with them via email or telephone.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Flying Bouquets. I ordered flowers a week before my mums birthday on the 12 August last year. They never arrived. I called for weeks and sent several emails but never got a reply. One day I sat on the phone ringing for about 5 mins (I wasn't giving up) and got through to a very rude man who I later found out was the manager. He tried to tell me that they had been delivered and left outside. Royal Mail have never left anything outside my mums ...- Read Missy3's review (339 words and 1 comment)

Ordered flowers from Flying Bouquets for Valentines day, never arrived. Eventually got through on the phone after calling for about 3 hours. They eventually sent flowers the next day, and offered me a free bunch on another date. Tried to send another lot, and again zero joy. I am happy to back up anyone who goes to the Trading Standards to nail this guy. Interestingly he has been on the BBC's Watchdog programme.
Don't go anywhere near this company.- Read henryeccles's review (84 words)

I have used Flying Bouquets before and although the flowers were not delivered the next day or even the next couple of days they did eventually turn up. Luckily for me it was not ordered for a birthday or any other celebration so I was not embarrassed by its ill timing. The bouquet was beautiful and this swayed me to use Flying Bouquets again, at my peril! I ordered a bouquet on the 07th Dec 05 and it has still not turned up. I have emailled Flying Bouquets and have had no reply. The website do ...- Read darrengage's review (235 words)

I ordered flowers from Flying Bouquets.com because they looked fab for the cost of them, it did cross my mind how I could get something that good for such a cost but I took a chance. These flowers were for my Aunts 50th Birthday and I ordered them 4 days in advance. I was so embarrassed when they had not arrived on her birthday and did not come through until 6 days after her day, every day I tried to get through to get an update and every day the phone rang out, I don't think they have anyone ...- Read antiscot's review (167 words)

My boyfriend ordered me some flowers for my 21st birthday from Flying Bouquets as a surprise which was on the 14th December. To this date I still haven't received any flowers and every time we try to contact Flying Bouquets.com we cannot get onto their website. What a coincidence none of their phone lines work either. This company has the cheek to take peoples money and then not deliver the flowers, I think the service is rubbish and we won't be using them again.- Read christinar's review (88 words)

Absolutely appalled by Flying Bouquets. Flowers ordered and money taken out of account. Still awaiting flowers when they were supposed to arrive by 27th November for a special birthday. Cannot contact the company and the website has now vanished. Have contacted Trading Standards and they want to talk to me further but they also want to hear from others who have had problems with them.- Read 0014678's review (86 words)

Flying Bouquets was recommended to me, as I had to order some flowers for a client. Having ordered a very reasonably priced bouquet, I stumbled across this website and I was worried to say the least. However, they arrived on time, and the client was delighted! As this website says, for every bad review there are probably 100 satisfied customers.- Read JoanneL's review (72 words and 2 comments)

I ordered 2 bouquets from Flying Bouquets to be delivered, but I was only allowed to enter one delivery address. I tried ringing Flying Bouquets and emailing them, but received no replies. The flowers were ordered on a Saturday and only one bouquet was delivered the following Thursday. After several attempts at calling Flying Bouquets I was informed that I would only have been charged for one bouquet. I now have my credit card statement which shows that I was in fact charged for 2 bouquets.- Read hammie's review (84 words)

Tomorrow I will report Flying Bouquets to Trading Standards.
I ordered flowers on Friday am to be delivered next day, as the web site states all orders taken before 5pm will be delivered next day. No flowers arrived sent 3 e-mails no reply tried all day Monday to get them on the phone engaged or no answer. Managed to speak to someone from the office on Tuesday am, who told me flowers had gone Friday and could not think why they had not arrived. When I told her about all the bad reviews that I ...- Read Jo Lam's review (183 words)

It is sad to see that Flying Bouquets is still causing us customers grief. As far as I am concerned, the best way to stop this happening is for everybody to contact the Trading Standards. I have (see my last post )
If enough of us do that, and it doesn't take many of us, then Trading Standards have told me that they will investigate the company and if necessary close it down.
If you truly are that annoyed with this company then I urge you all to do it. The telephone number is in my last t ...- Read chesjak's review (157 words)

After a month I finally have a refund from Flying Bouquets for flowers that arrived dead.
I must have made about 8 calls in total. During which they said they would replace the flowers but didn't ever manage it. When I pushed for a refund I was first told it would take 7 days. Then 10. Then 30 days. Strange it only took 24 hrs to deduct the payment in the first place.
When I finally got someone helpful on the phone, she managed to process it immediately and it was in my account the next da ...- Read Unhappy Lou's review (170 words and 1 comment)

I ordered a bouquet from Flying Bouquets for my mother-in-laws 80th birthday as a surprise. The surprise was that they were delivered a week early and they were the wrong flowers. I contacted "Roger", who runs Flying Bouquets, and was told, "the date the flowers were delivered was the date I gave on the order". This was a lie but I had no proof because the confirmation e mail only contained the name and address of the recipient. Roger would not give me a refund but offered to send another bouqu ...- Read maintenanceman's review (248 words)

I have been talking to the Trading Standards people that cover the area in W/Midlands where Flying Bouquets operate from and it sems that they will investigate a company if they get a minimum of five complaints.
So all those of you who have had bad experience of the company, make a difference and telephone your local Trading Standards now and put your complaint to them. They will foward your complaint onto the appropriate office for action.
Good Luck- Read chesjak's review (89 words)

We have fallen foul of Flying Bouquets as everybody else has.
I would urge everybody to contact Consumer Trading Standards directly on 08454 040506 and put your complaint to them. Only then will this company be brought to account.
They have a head office in Teddington Middlesex and an Office in Tipton W/Midlands
I understand that they are setting up another trading name. So be quick.

We originally thought that the non delivery from Flying Bouquets, even though our account had been debited, was an operational error.
I am far from sure now, it seems to have been repeated so many times, and I am sure that for every one of us on this site, there are masses more that have not voiced their opinion.
As well as moving from Middlesex to Birmingham, it appears that they are now setting up as HAPPY FLORA. Could this be so that they can wash their hands of all those "nasty peopl ...- Read chesjak's review (104 words)
