    Good Points: Produce good highs and mids, can be bassy when used with stands. Only £60 from Richer Sounds.


    Bad Points: The cabinet is quite shallow and so bass can be very weak unless used with stands and used close to the wall.


    General comments: I originally had a set of Wharfedale Pro Diamonds to use with my Eltaz AV receiver, however they were second hand and had dodgy bass cones and sounded very distorted, so I took them back and exchanged them for a new set of Gale Silver Monitors.
    These speakers sound very clear and have the potential to be very bassy.
    I am now using them a rears with some Aural envelope EX-300's and they sound sweet.
