I found the same boots on the market for about £10 cheaper. Most of linzi shoes are identical on the market for much cheaper.

I ordered two pairs of boots over two weeks ago. still haven't arrived. I have sent 2 emails to which I have had no response and I cannot find a number to call Linzi Shoes. The customer service is rubbish and well no existent. I have brought from their shop in Lakeside, Essex before but will never ever again use the terrible terrible site. I will also be issuing a chargeback through my credit card as it is clear my goods are never going to arrive.

I ordered shoes from Linzi website too. They write me that send out my order on the 25th August but I still didn`t receive it. Will be the month when I don't get package. Is this a reliable site? I am very disappointed this website and their quality of service.

I ordered shoes from linzi online on Tuesday 16th of Jun 2009 and I still didn`t receive it. I sent an email to customer support (23rd of June 2009) and answer on my email,that you already send it 17th of June. I wrote her back, that I still didn`t receive it. She and nobody else from customer support never contacted me back.

I had occassion to use this site on behalf of my daughter, who had some problems with her internet, so could not chase her order, she didn't even have an order number. The customer service I received from
Linzi Shoes was absolutely fantastic.

Found some gorgeous boots at Linzi Shoes from a good selection, quickly and easily on the site, was nice that they included some advice about sizing (due to the thick fur in the boots I needed to order a size bigger than usual, and they fit perfectly). Delivery was brilliant, ordered Saturday PM and received Tuesday AM in a pretty pink package.

Love the personal e-mails, not automated responses like other websites, I sent an e-mail when I received my boots to say how pleased with them I was and ...

Brilliant web site, found what I was looking for, ordered Thursday, received Sat, the shoes are lovely, service excellent,
and e mails received regarding order, more personal than other sites. Will use this site again.

The e mail from Linzi Shoes to say the shoes were ordered, said up to 14 days
they actually arrived in 2 - excellent
the shoes are just right and lovely, nicer than I thought.

I like that they e mail you and talk via the e mail as though you
are a real person, and its not like a standard thing

I will use again

Since shipping is very reasonable, finding Linzi shoes has been a wonderful experience for shoe shopping. They have regular sales and it is wonderful to be able to pick a beautiful pair of shoes for over half off of what I would pay at a high street store. Truly a good find.

I've been a regular online Customer of Linzi shoes for about 2 years now.

I've found them to have a good selection of shoes, and very reasonable prices.

I have had a couple of times where they have debited payment for an item, then that item has become unavailable. However they have always refunded back to my card.

In my experience, I think about 99% of the time, I have received my goods within three working days of placing the order. Many times sooner.

Out of three orders from Linzi Shoes only one order arrived. The other two pairs of shoes are a mystery but I do know they took the payment for them. Have emailed 3 times over 3 weeks and received no response from them yet.

Such a shame - doubt i'd use them again now after this experience. Don't understand how a well establised company do not have a contact phone number on their website.

I bought 7 pairs of shoes all size 7 from Linzi Shoes. Four pairs fit perfectly and three did not so I returned them by Guaranteed Delivery asking for a bigger size. I have received no replacement shoes, no acknowledgement, no email, no letter, no phone call.

Linzi (www.linzishoes.com) have some Problems with their site: I try to add some shoes to my cart and it didn't add them. I made a small order, but recieved all the shoes that I had added. Now sending some stuff back. It's a mistake on their side, not mine.

Linzi have a fantastic range of shoes, boots, and general hi-fashion footwear. The delivery was around 3-4 days. I first noticed this shop in the Daily Mail and then saw them featured on a morning TV show. Up to now I have bought 3 pairs of shoes and been delighted. The shoes start from £5.00 up to £90.00 so there is always something worth buying. Well done linzishoes.com
