Good Points: High Interest rate. After opening can use local branch.

Bad Points: Poor Customer services. Delay in opening account.

General comments: Still trying to open an account after applying on June 10th (now July 24th). Identification documents and cheque now sent for third time. If not opened by next Monday (July 28th) I am cancelling the application and I have also written to Customer Satisfaction Services about this. Very poor service!

The Abbey Flexible Saver is a great Savings account with facilites to make depsits and withdrawls by: Cash Machine, Internet, Post, Branch, Phone. Friendly Staff in Branch.
