Good Points: Competitively priced. Website looks good at first glance, but not effective.
Bad Points: The item I ordered showed in stock, when it was actually out of stock, and it was still showing as in stock at the time of my complaint. Poor communication. Staff lack training in customer relations.
General comments: I ordered a camera bundle from UK Digital Cameras, which showed as in stock. I received acknowledgment of my order. I waited and waited until my patience expired. When I telephoned to chase up the item, I was told that it was out of stock and that the website showed this at the time of order, and that I had been sent an email informing me of this (I had no such email). The member of staff did not apologise, and just continued to dispute all of my claims, and spoke to me in a patronising manner with complete disregard to the inconvenience and disappointment I had been caused. When I emailed them to tell them that I did not wish to continue the transaction and requesting a copy email of the one supposedly informing me of the out of stock item, all I received were further patronising comments.

After searching around for several days for a new camera, the Fujifilm Finepix S5500 seemed to jump out as the one for me. UK Digital Cameras was simply the cheapest UK-based company that I could find offering one that was brand new and not used or refurbished.
They offer a wide range of digital cameras and accessories, although the cameras are strictly digital (sorry, film buffs!) and accessories limited to electronics (eg memory, batteries, scanners) and sometimes camera cases - no optics or ...
