ISL Light is an excellent choice for remote customer support! I also have all upgrades included in the price, so I don't have to worry if a new OS or something will cause problems. It just always work!
About a month ago the mother brand ISL Online sent a newsletter about giving me a "branded access point" for my client users for free. And now, my clients have a special website with my logo, links to our homepage and everything, where they can easily enter a remote support session or a web... (read more)

ISL LIGHT is a remote desktop support solution and is in my experience really user-friendly, extremely easy to set up since it doesn't even need installation, is very reliable, has high security and has worked through every firewall I have already tested. It also enables file transfers which works as a drag and drop. I believe that the biggest advantage of this solution is instant use - it doesn't require setting up of the firewall and installation.
